9th Annual 5K Trail Run and One-Mile Move-As-You-Please for Thorncroft!

On Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., Thorncroft Equestrian Center will host our 5K Trail Run and One-Mile Move-As-You-Please for the Farm at Thorncroft, located at 190 Line Road in Malvern, PA.
We invite you back to our beautiful 70-acre property to experience a community health and wellness celebration perfect for the beginner to experienced mover.
After-party includes live music, food trucks (food available for purchase by credit card), Beer Garden, (complimentary for participants 21+) and Pony Meet and Greets in our barn. We welcome you to experience the beauty of the Farm and everything it has to offer to our community. So lace up, stay active, and get ready for another fun neighborhood party!
A celebration of our community and the joy of movement, proceeds from this event will raise funds for the Farm and the care of our horses.
The 5K Trail Run for Thorncroft is a rain or shine event. Leashed dogs welcome!
Photography Policy
Attendance at Thorncroft Equestrian Center programs and events constitutes consent to be photographed for print and electronic media use. Please notify Thorncroft Equestrian Center if you would prefer that your photo not be used.
The Le Tour de Brandts Time Trial presented by Franklin County Cyclists is an open to public event, no USA Cycling license needed.
The course covers 10 miles in western Franklin County, with marshalled intersections.
Electronic Timing will be used. Riders will be sent off analog, but their finishing times will be recorded with a passive transponder system.

Riders will leave based on assigned start times beginning at 9am.
There will be live traffic on the course.
Riders are permitted to use Time Trial equipment, not limited to; aero helmets, TT bikes, shoes covers and skin suits
E-bikes are permitted, however your time will not be scored in the field nor will medals be awarded.
Velomobile bikes are not permitted for this event.
All individual riders must be at least 16 years of age. For tandem riders, one rider may be under 16 if accompanied by an adult.
2025 Franklin County Cyclists members will receive discounted registration. Coupon code to be sent via email to the email we have on file with the club.
Start times will be emailed prior to race day, once registration has closed.
Categories will be split by Mens, Womans, Ebikes, and Tandem.
Tandem and E-Bike fields will not be split into ages.

The Lock 2 Lock Marathon in Williamsport is an exceptional running event waiting for you! Whether you're ready for a 10K, a Half-Marathon, or a full Marathon, there's something for everyone and all levels 🎉.
The 23rd Annual Ellicott City Labor Day 10K & 5K is scheduled to take place on Saturday, Sept. 5, 2026, at 8:00 a.m.
The 10k is a road race through scenic western Ellicott City countryside and surrounding neighborhoods and the 5k is a road/trail (dirt/grass) combo on roads and scenic trails on the Shrine property. Both the 10K & 5K are USATF certified.
This is a great family event with lots of activities planned. In addition to refreshments, we will have music, random prizes, a moonbounce and snow balls. Cash awards ($75, $50, and $25 for 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd place overall male & female finishers in both races) and non-cash awards will be provided in 7 age group categories for 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd place.
Performance T-Shirts guaranteed to participants registered by August 17.

Off-Site Parking Options
Parking is limited at Fletcher's Cove, and we must leave spaces open for the general public, as it's a National Park and open to the public even during races
Thus we want as many participants as possible to park off-site, so that we leave some parking spaces available at Fletcher's Cove for the general public. Off-site parking options:

For the return trip after you finish, see the on-site Transportation Director. After you finish, as we get groups of four finishers, we call Red Top Cab for a ride back to our host hotel

The Altra Charles Street 12 presented by Kelly Benefits starts at the Shops at Kenilworth in Towson, and continues south heading downtown on beautiful Charles Street, a National Scenic Byway. This is the 33rd running of the Kentlands/Lakelands 5K Run, Walk, and Kid’s Fun Runs. The 5K course winds through the beautiful Lakelands and Kentlands neighborhoods before heading down Main Street to the finish line. Every 5K registration comes with a Dri-Fit crew neck race shirt (men's, women's, and kid's sizes available). Enjoy our post-race Merchant's Expo area while meeting with your friends and family!
Live entertainment on the course - local bands set up along the course to delight participants and spectators alike, making what is already a spirited and fun event even livelier! The University of Maryland Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology-Midtown serves children and adults with diabetes in Baltimore City, the surrounding counties and the region. We offer the highest quality of care and service to assist people with diabetes in managing the disease and preventing complications. Annually, the Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology sees over 3,000 patients, including those with Type 1, Type 2, or gestational diabetes.
5K Run/Walk and the 1 Mile Fun Walk are $25.00 per person. Registration includes custom race bib and race medal.

US Road Running
The Dandelion Trail Run is a friendly entry-level race offering both 5K and 10K options, held to benefit Camp Mount Luther. Participants can decide on race day whether to complete a single 5K loop or tackle the 10K by running a double loop of the 5K course. There is a water stop at the 5k mark for 10k runners. Named in memory of Rev. Glenn Heasley, who had a fondness for dandelions, this run celebrates his spirit in a beautiful, natural setting.
Join us for a meaningful race and support a great cause!
Kids Fun Run! The age groups are 6 and under and 7 – 10. Special awards will be presented to every participant in the fun run.
Awards for top two male and female finisher for each distance immediately following the race. Finisher awards for all finishers.
You must be registered by midnight, August 16th to receive a tech shirt!
There will be no changing of race distance after the race starts. If you registered for the 10k and aren't sure you can finish it on race day, please inform us and change to the 5k prior to race start. 10k runners who stop after one loop will be listed as DNF.

Starting and finishing at the Mount Carmel Area Jr/Sr High School, the course will take participants on a loop through the streets and trails in and around Mount Carmel. The course features a variety of different landscapes and sites that are unique to the Community.
There will be a FREE kids run around the school parking lot.
Proceeds benefit the Mount Carmel Area Community Center, a safe gathering place for the social, cultural & educational needs of the Community.
