It's that time of year! Old Man Winter is here. E2P athletes don't hibernate - we TRIbernate! Training together during these cold, dark months is so much better than training alone!
Winter indoor and virtually live cycling training sessions! For endurance, and base, and power development.
DATES: January 11 - March 15, 2026
Pricing includes: Training Peaks Virtual Cycling App (like Zwift ). We will use this app as a team so everyone can access the workout, have an avatar with our cool team kit, and ride together!
2-Hour Endurance Ride - Sunday mornings from 7:30am - 9:30am, January 11 - March 15 A great base building ride to kickoff the 2025 season! Don't sit on the trainer alone - stay in the zone (literally!) and focus on the skills that will improve your cycling and your fitness. This is a 2-hour coached endurance ride that will guarantee to have your biking fitness up in time to build and peak this spring! Although we like to use Training Peaks Virtual cycling app, you can participate without it if you want to. This class is virtually live via Zoom and in person for anyone who wants to come to Coach Dorrer's training studio near Annapolis. You must be a 2026 E2P registered team member to ride. Join the Team! (endurance2perform.com)
1-Hour Interval Ride - Wednesday Evenings from 6:30pm - 7:30pm, January 13 - March 11* Time in the saddle and working various intensities at the right time of the season is necessary to improve your cycling fitness. Consistency is key to developing aerobic power, endurance, fat burning ability (increased O2 to create energy), and ultimately your FTP. The Wed evening classes will incorporate a variety of intensities aimed at improving your VO2 max - meaning everything we just mentioned. You will start with shorter VO2 max, sweet spot, and threshold intervals and over the course of the session increase the length and intensity in a scientific format that yields results.
NOTES:
You must be an E2P registered athlete to participate. This is required for insurance purposes and applies to all E2P classes and programs. If you are not registered yet, join here: Join the Team! (endurance2perform.com)Join E2P
Although the best way to enjoy TRIbernation classes is to have the workouts loaded in your Training Peaks account and follow along in ERG in the Training Peaks Virtual cycling app, you can simply follow along on your own and change gears to mimic intensity - like a regular spin class. This is great for Peloton users.
We recognize participants may not attend all classes. Sorry, there are no refunds for missed classes.
Although unlikely, the class schedule may need to be altered. We will make up all missed classes.
