The Anne Arundel County Lifeline 100 Century Ride offers a great experience for cyclists of all ages and abilities with 100, 65, 30, and 15-mile route options and a free Family Safari Ride and Children’s Bike Rodeo. The 100 and 65-mile routes wind through scenic Anne Arundel County, including views of downtown Annapolis, the Severn River, southern Anne Arundel County, BWI/Marshall Airport, and more!
The 15 and 30-mile routes are entirely on flat paved trails.
The entire century ride includes four supported rest stops. The metric century, or approximately 65-mile ride, includes three supported rest stops. The 30-mile ride includes two supported rest stops. The 15-mile ride includes one supported rest stop.
The 30 and 15-mile rides are on paved trails.
An adult must accompany all riders under the age of 16.

Lifeline 100 is a “rain or shine” event. However, if, together with our public safety partners, we determine that conditions would be unsafe, the event may be canceled. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, we will continue to support our nonprofits.
Unfortunately, there is no rain date, transfers to another event year, or refund (unless you purchase premium cancellation insurance at Active.com when you register).

The Family Safari Ride is free and open to children ages ten and under and their parents/guardians. It is held on the paved trails at Kinder Farm Park.

Join the Seashore Striders and the Village Volunteers at Cape Henlopen State Park in Lewes for the 3rd annual Harvest Hustle 5k Run & 1k "Fun" Walk. The 5k & 1k is a flat & fast course from Ft Miles towards Herring Pt/Rehoboth Beach & back. The 1k is .62m and will turn around at the .31m mark. The race will start and finish at Ft Miles.

Delmarva's Coastal Traverse Adventure Race is back in 2026! This 12-hour beach themed adventure race will challenge teams and solo racers alike to navigate Delaware’s coastal landscape by bike, foot, and paddle, linking wildlife refuges, state parks, beaches, tidal marshes, and vibrant coastal towns. With multiple route choices and numerous optional checkpoints, experienced racers can push for a full-course completion while newer teams can tailor the challenge to their comfort level without losing the spirit of the race. Tides, terrain, and strategy will all play a role, rewarding smart decisions as well as raw endurance. Featuring some newly raced areas of the Delmarva Peninsula, this event offers a fresh, dynamic test of adventure racing skill in one of the region’s most diverse coastal environments.

We recognizes the impact of these losses on the entire family, including siblings who may also be grieving and in need of support. In addition to providing assistance to parents, the Sea of Hope Foundation also offers scholarships to bereaved siblings. These scholarships aim to empower and support them in their educational pursuits, helping them build a brighter future despite the challenges they have faced within their family. We are planning for a Group, In-Person 5K and also have a Virtual 5K component. The virtual component is in place for anyone who is non-local, will not be able to attend the live race, or is not comfortable racing in a group environment.

5K - Live Run or Walk - $30 per person (through September 30, 2026 - includes chip timing, shirt, and race medal, post race food and drinks, awards for overall & age group winners. Virtual 5K Race - $35 per person - if you can't attend the race but want the swag & brag, sign up for the virtual race! Complete the distance on your day, your place, your time. Race bib, shirt, and medal will be mailed to all virtual race participants.
One Mile Fun Run - $25 per person - for those who want to join in the fun but don't want to do the distance! Race shirt and medalincluded. Price increase to $30 on October 1. Race day registration is $35.

Pemberton 24: Festival of 5ks The Pemberton 24 is a wild, one-of-a-kind endurance challenge where you—and/or your team—can run as many 5Ks as you'd like over a 24-hour period. Starting Friday, September 18th at 6:00 PM, a new 5K will begin every hour on the hour, with the final one kicking off at 5:00 PM on Saturday, September 19th.Each 5K takes place on the scenic trails of Pemberton Park in Salisbury, Maryland, hosted by Algonquin Ultras Inc. and Wicomico County. An aid station at the start/finish will be stocked with cold water, snacks, gels, sodas, and plenty of surprises. Runners are encouraged to set up a camp area to rest, sleep (if you can), and connect with fellow participants and volunteers between runs.Important RemindersThis is a cupless race. 1 mile fun run - great for families and all ages!
5k (3.1 miles) - check out the runway!
Half Marathon (13.1 miles) - the view at Bay Point is almost as sweet as the ice cream at the end!
Post-race party (including a small ice cream from Frosty's), medals & t-shirt!
Proceeds donated to Robert V. Hoffman III Memorial Fund
5k & half marathon are timed events.
Awards: Half Marathon: Overall male and female, age group and gender first place; 5k: Overall male and female, age group and gender first place.
Aid stations offering water, electrolytes and snacks roughly every 2 miles. Port-o-pots along the course for Code Brown prevention.
