The Donor Dash has been our region’s premier event dedicated to the life-saving and transformative power of organ and tissue donation since 1996. The Dash includes a virtual option so anyone, anywhere can be part of this special event.
More than a quarter of a million people of all ages have taken part in the Donor Dash since its founding. The life-saving message of Dash reaches millions more each year through media and community participation. It all happens during National Donate Life Month to raise awareness of organ and tissue donation, register more donors, and pay tribute to those who gave the gift of life. The Wissahickon Trail Classic was established in 2006 to highlight Wissahickon Valley Park as one of the best trail running destinations on the East Coast. Benefiting Friends of the Wissahickon, funds raised through the Trail Classic will go directly back into the stewardship of the Wissahickon trail system and watershed.

In 2012, Original Propaganda Athletic Club opened its doors in Philadelphia with a simple conviction: every runner belongs. Founded to unite athletes across the entire spectrum, from beginners finding their footing to experienced marathoners chasing splits, OPAC built a culture where effort is respected regardless of pace or distance. Saturday mornings anchor the crew's rhythm, rotating through Philadelphia's parks and trails with pace groups that genuinely accommodate walkers through long-distance runners. The weekly tradition has become a proving ground for personal growth, skill development, and authentic connection. What drives OPAC's identity is the belief that running improvement and community support aren't competing values, they're inseparable. Over more than a decade, the crew has shaped how Philadelphia's athletic landscape values diversity and dedication, proving that a running community's strength lies in how it lifts up every single member.
