Join us for the 14th year of racing in Upper Dublin Township! This USAT-sanctioned race, produced by the Upper Dublin Township Parks & Recreation Department, is ideal for experienced athletes as well as a great introduction to the sport for newbies. We have many race options including a triathlon (individual or relay), duathlon, aquabike and a run-only. All race net proceeds will be donated to a variety of local and regional agencies in need.

Virtual Pre-Race Info Meetings

Leading up to the race, there will be a series of virtual race info meetings that will review what to expect leading up to the race and on race day. Each info meeting will be the same presentation and cover the same material - these meetings are not mandatory. Meeting dates will be announced closer to the date of the race.

Triathlon - 350-meter Pool Swim, 9.65-mile Bike & 3.4-mile Run
Duathlon - 2-mile Run, 9.65-mile Bike, 3.4-mile Run
Aquabike - 350-meter Pool Swim, 9.65-mile Bike
Run-only - 3.4-mile Run

Race Registration Deadlines

You must register by 4/17/26 to receive a custom bib. You must register by 5/1/26 to be guaranteed your preferred t-shirt size. Note that the race may sell out before these dates.

Can't race or know someone who would like to volunteer? To register to volunteer, contact Tammy at TEchevarria@upperdublin.net. All volunteers receive a delicious breakfast sandwich, sweet orange volunteer shirt (yours to keep obviously) and lots of praise from the racers.

The fourth annual Central Bucks Kids Triathlon will be held on Sunday, May 17th, 2026, at Central Bucks High School South. This event is open to all students in kindergarten through sixth grade. This is a FUN, all-inclusive, kids-only event where students of all ability levels are encouraged to “tri” something new and enjoy a GREAT experience with their peers. The triathlon will take place completely on the closed grounds of Central Bucks High School South where students will swim in the pool, ride their bikes in the parking lot, and run on walkways and the track to complete their event. Students from all fifteen elementary schools will be competing in this event, therefore students will be grouped based on their current grade level. There is also a bike and run only option for athletes that would prefer not to swim. All participants will earn a CB Kids Triathlon T-shirt and HUGE medal for completing the race. Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in each grade

level. Come out, HAVE FUN, and enjoy the CB Kids TRIATHLON!

The Upper Dublin Aquatic Club (UDAC), in partnership with Upper Dublin Parks & Recreation (UDP&R) will host a Splash & Dash event in conjunction with the Upper Dublin Triathlon. The event is designed to introduce youth athletes to the multisport lifestyle through the unique discipline of aquathlon (swim-run).

Participants ages 7-10 will complete a 140-meter pool swim, and will then transition to a 1-kilometer run, while athletes ages 11-15 will complete a 210m pool swim and 2k run. All participants will receive a unique, custom finishers’ medal and giveaways.

Get ready to celebrate the start of summer with the School to Pool Dash & Splash — a fun-filled race for kids ages 14 and under! The event kicks off with an exciting road run through the neighborhood from Van Zant School to the Woodstream Swim Club where athletes will compete in a fun swimming race. Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers in each age group, and every participant will receive a commemorative t-shirt. All non-members of the swim club are invited to stay for the rest of the day and will recieve a free day pass to the pool for one child and one adult. (Additional day passes may be purchased for other immediate household members for $10 each. Day passes are only valid for 5/30/26).

It’s the perfect summer challenge combining swimming, running, and tons of fun!

Please meet on the front lawn of Van Zant Elementary School.

All ages: 1 mile run

Ages 8 & under: 50m swim (2 laps)
