Benefactor: Kent Association of Riding Therapy (KART) was founded in 1984 to help children and adults with disabilities enhance their social and developmental growth. KART uses a multi-faceted program involving therapeutic horseback riding, barn management, and caring for the horse.

Awards: Unique awards for overall male and female winners in the Half Marathon and 5K Run. Awards presented to the top 2 in 10-year age groups in the Half Marathon and 5K Run. Course: The event starts and finishes at Wilmer Park. The course has gentle rolling terrain and is run entirely on paved country roads.

We recognizes the impact of these losses on the entire family, including siblings who may also be grieving and in need of support. In addition to providing assistance to parents, the Sea of Hope Foundation also offers scholarships to bereaved siblings. These scholarships aim to empower and support them in their educational pursuits, helping them build a brighter future despite the challenges they have faced within their family. We are planning for a Group, In-Person 5K and also have a Virtual 5K component. The virtual component is in place for anyone who is non-local, will not be able to attend the live race, or is not comfortable racing in a group environment.
Packet pickup will begin on race morning at 6:30 am, under the pavilion.

Race Fees
5K - Live Run or Walk - $30 per person (through September 30, 2026 - includes chip timing, shirt, and race medal, post race food and drinks, awards for overall & age group winners. Price increase to $35/per person October 1, 2025. Race day registation, if available, is $40. Registrations may sell out prior to race day.
Virtual 5K Race - $35 per person - if you can't attend the race but want the swag & brag, sign up for the virtual race! Complete the distance on your day, your place, your time. Race bib, shirt, and medal will be mailed to all virtual race participants.
One Mile Fun Run - $25 per person - for those who want to join in the fun but don't want to do the distance! Race shirt and medalincluded. Price increase to $30 on October 1. Race day registration is $35.

The 2026 Baltimore Triathlon Festival will again take place in the scenic Hammerman Area of Gunpowder State Park. Just minutes from I-95, a Chesapeake Bay time trial swim and well paved country roads along Elk Neck State Forest make this a great race. The course is low traffic, hilly and technical in places, but has plenty of straightaways and beautiful views. The run course is a lightly rolling, out and back course on the shoulder heading south of town. This Chesapeake Bay waterfront town is worth a weekend away, there are plenty of boats, parks, restaurants and roads to explore.

The Waterman’s Triathlons are nestled on the Eastern Shore of Maryland in picturesque Rock Hall, MD. Just 18 miles from Baltimore “as the fish swims” (put your bike rack on a boat!), Rock Hall is one of the friendliest, most laid back towns anywhere…and is full of history. George Washington took the Annapolis Ferry to Rock Hall nearly ten times before heading to Philly on horseback to work out America’s Independence! The time trial swim takes place in Rock Hall Harbor on the Chesapeake Bay, protecting athletes from any serious wind or chop. The bike course is a triathlete’s dream with beautiful ribbons of pavement and wide shoulders throughout most of the rural course. The run course is pancake flat and takes athletes through the quaint nautically themed neighborhoods and side roads of Rock Hall, MD.

Welcome to the 12th annual Catch-A-Pig (CAP) 5K – this is a great opportunity to have a unique race experience AND support The Boys & Girls Club of Harford County!
The race is an out-and-back along the MA & PA Trail. 1K Bacon Stroll walkers are invited to join in the fun!
The kicker: THIS IS A CHASE! We’ll have young runners dressed in pink pig shirts (a.k.a. "the piglets"). They will have a three minutes head start on the adult runners. Those who pass at least one of the piglets before crossing the finish line get their name into a special drawing for prizes. BUT LOOK OUT! There are also a few BIG, BAD WOLVES who will get a late (seven minute) jump on you. If they all pass you, you'll lose the opportunity for the special drawing
All proceeds after costs will go to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Harford and Cecil Counties.

We are excited to have our race back at the Ma & Pa Trail and our afterparty at Independent Brewery.All runners have the option to sign up for the 5k event, run virtually as a "ghost runner", and opt-in for the t-shirt add-on.Cancer Warriors Inc. is a certified 501c3 Nonprofit Organization with all proceeds going to cancer research institutions. While the race is still growing each year, as of right now, we will be using the classic stopwatch timing method.
