The 14th Annual March For Cancer 5K Run/Walk will take place on Saturday, March 7th, 2026 at 7am. The event will be held at Las Olas Oceanside Park in Fort Lauderdale.

The course is a timed, USATF-certified road race. The route runs along A1A just a few feet from the beach and starts shortly after the sun rises over the Atlantic, setting the stage for an incredible early morning South Florida experience.

Supporters can pick up their race packets the morning of the race or the day before the event. Plan on arriving at Las Olas Oceanside Park at least 15-30 minutes before the start of the event as the race will begin promptly at 7am.

Join the Lauren’s Kids foundation and thousands of walkers across the state for the 2026 Walk in My Shoes 1,500-mile trek across Florida. April is National Sexual Assault Awareness Month and National Child Abuse Prevention Month — every step counts in the fight to prevent child sexual abuse and help survivors heal. And before the walk kicks off, join us for an Easter Egg Hunt with Buddy the Safety Dog and the Florida Panthers mascots!

Join us for a 5-mile walk to the Nancy J. Cotterman Center (2995 Dixie Hwy Oakland Park, FL 33334) — with the opportunity to stop or continue walking our full 11-mile route to the Publix Super Market at Pompano Shopping Center (2511 E Atlantic Blvd Pompano Beach, FL 33062)!

An UBER code will be provided to walkers to cover the cost of a ride back from the walk.
