In a fun twist, the person who finishes exactly in the middle of the pack is crowned the ultimate champion, proving that you don't have to be the fastest to take home the top honors.

​The fun doesn't stop at the finish line, as the race provides a post-run celebration filled with unlimited donuts and coffee. The 6th Annual Cinco de Mayo 5K presented by LIME returns on May 2, 2026, bringing festive energy to the shores of beautiful Charnow Park in Hollywood, Florida. Participants will run or walk along the beachside path while enjoying the vibrant Cinco de Mayo atmosphere, complete with music, color, and coastal views. This fun and lively event celebrates culture, community, and fitness, making it a perfect way to kick off the holiday weekend with friends and family.

Every participant will receive an official event shirt, a colorful finisher medal, and a stuffed goodie bag as part of their race experience. After crossing the finish line, runners can celebrate with refreshing margaritas and beer, along with the best LIME food, known for its fresh, flavorful dishes. Whether you're coming for the run, the beach vibes, or the delicious post-race party, the Cinco de Mayo 5K promises an unforgettable morning of fun in the sun. Proceeds from the 5K will go to 4KIDS of South Florida.
