This course is at the Pompano Air Park! Park at the South End of the Galuppi's Parking Lot. We will have a finish line clock at the end, each participant will receive a club T-Shirt, Finisher Medal and Signature bib.
So this event has (3) options, you can participate in the 5K or 10K run / walk or you can participate in the Hybrid 5K, if you elect to participate in the Hybrid 5K, those participants will complete 10 reps of one of the following exercises every 1/2 mile:

We will have a finish line clock at the end, each participant will received a club T-Shirt, Finisher Medal and Signature bib. This is an out and back course run / walked on the sidewalk ...... steps away from the ocean! Come out and Celebrate the clubs 53rd Birthday with us! Enjoy a Celebration Breakfast afterwards to celebrate !!! Race entry fee includes 5K / 10K entry, finisher medal, club t-Shirt and signature bib, a food bag, water and Gatorade.
