Miles of Kindness — 5K, 10K, 1 Mile Family Walk

Join us on Sunday, July 19, 2026 with start times at 8am or 10am (you will select your start time during registration) for an exciting annual event that features the amazing scenery and landscape of Greenvale Vineyards! Greenvale Vineyards is a sixth generation farm producing small quantities of exceptional estate-grown wines. Settled along the Sakonnet River, our vineyard and tasting room experience integrates stunning wines on a breathtaking landscape. So, whether you are looking to run, walk or just enjoy the wine this race is a sure thing for a great time and an incredible experience! This race is timed and scored by J3 Timing. Results will be posted at www.J3Timing.com.

Thank you for your interest in the 9th Annual Courtney Roderick Run for Recovery! If you're not able to attend in person, you're welcome to run or walk it virtually.

Check in will open at 6:30 AM on the day of the race, with participants receiving a race t-shirt and bib! Only participants who signed up by July 1st will be guaranteed a T-shirt. We will have timing services provided by RaceWire.

Handmade trophies will be given to the top finishers! *Only in person runners will be eligible for these trophies.

*Kids 12 and under run/walk free.

This is a 5K Run/Walk Event to raise money for Operation Stand Down in Rhode Island, which raises money for struggling and homeless veterans. We also will be raising funds for our core mission to help PTSD veterans and their families.

There is a $5 registration discount for military and first responders. Racers are electronic BiBTag Timed using MyLaps (reg). All participants will receive memorial military-style dog tags.

Children 12 and under are free. Wheelchairs are welcome.

This 5K Run/Walk event is in honor of PFC Zachary M. Martin, USMC, who took his own life due to PTSD.

Proceeds to benefit the Bristol Warren Education Foundation

Join us for what is fast becoming one of the most fun local road races! The family friendly event offers a race for all ages and abilities. The 5k and 10k courses are USATF Certified and will start and finish on the grounds at the Pete Sepe Pavilion, taking runners on a scenic run out toward Touisett Point, past picturesque farms and quaint stone walls. We will continue to offer our 1-Mile Walk on the Bike Path and of course Kids Obstacle Races too! All followed by a East Bay Food festival, beer garden, live music - all to benefit the Bristol Warren Education Foundation

Every runner will receive 2 food coupons and one drink coupon on their bib. The food coupons can be redeemed for select items at food vendors and the drink coupon can be redeemed for an alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage at the Molson Coors Beer Garden.

Courses:

• USATF Certified 10k & 5k courses start on the grounds of the Pete Sepe Pavilion follow the Bike Path to Long Lane and on out through Touisset. Both races will be chip timed.

• 1-Mile Walk on Bike Path to Long Lane (or further if you wish) and return.

• Kids Obstacle Course Races - on the grounds of the Pete Sepe Pavilion.

10k & 5k Awards:

• First overall male and female finishers

• First male and female overall finishers in age groups:

9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 & up

****TEAM AWARDS - The team that raises the most money, the fastest team (minimum of 3 members, fastest average pace), and the team with the most team spirit (can include costumes and overall enthusiasm) will receive special recognition!
