This event is back again this year! You can either run in person or do our virtual challenge! Our in person
event will start on April 25th at 9am.
The virtual run/walk starts also on April 25th can continue until May 1st, times can be submitted until May 1st. Thank you for your continued support for our cause.
Raising money for the Dayspring Christian Academy and the St Jude's Children Research Hospital.
From the starting line, there is a gradual decline to the cul-de-sac area. In the cul-de-sac, there is a sharper decline, but not too bad. Around the Saint Joseph Garden area, there is a short steep hill. Otherwise, the general running area is fairly flat. Some of the route is on the street, some in the woods, some in the parking area, and some of the route is in a garden area.
All in all, it is a lovely course with just a few challenges. We've had good feedback from previous runners, both casual runners, and serious runners.

For more than 50 years, the Arnold Mills 4M Road Race has been a staple event in Cumberland, RI. Held every Fourth of July holiday, the popular four-mile race draws an average of 500 participants
each and every year to the starting line, including some top talent from throughout the state and often from beyond the borders. The race, which is run on a moderately-challenging course in a rural community, takes part in conjunction with the town's annual parade. In years past, U.S. Olympians Matt Centrowitz Sr. and Pete Pfitzinger, triathlon legend Karen Smyers, and RI marathon icon Bobby Doyle have made their marks at Arnold Mills. Become part of the tradition!

$25 for 18 and under participants
$25 until May 31st
$30 until July 3rd (Online registration closes at 2pm on July 3rd)
$35 at packet pickup or on race day and onsite July 3rd.
ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE THURSDAY JULY 3 AT 6PM. ON-SITE REGISTRATION WILL BE ALSO BE AVAILABLE.
The race will begin promptly at 9 a.m. The race starts and finishes near the Cumberland Fire Department - Station 5, 50 Arnold Mills Road, Cumberland, RI. There will be a packet pickup (Bib number, T-shirt) on July 3 from 4-6 p.m.at The Lodge at Diamond Hill, 4097 Diamond Hill Road, Cumberland, RI. Race day registration as well as packet pickup for pre-registered participants will take place from 7:30-8:45 a.m., at the Cumberland Fire Department.
We are expecting over 700 runners at this year's race, so please plan your time accordingly. Please arrive early as parking will be limited.
PARKING. There will be parking at the Community School, 15 Arnold Mills Road, and Quaker Road, both just a short distance from the race's start and finish line.

The Cabo Verdean 5K was founded to support, uplift, and provide resources to individuals with breast cancer, their caregivers, families, and communities across Cabo
Verde Islands.
Our goal is to provide medical assistance, donations, equipment and increase awareness, reduce stigma associated with breast cancer; through education, promoting healthy living, early detection, and annual screening.
Our vision is to close the gap in breast cancer care In Cabo Verde Island and open facilities in each Island for breast cancer treatment.

All Star Athletes Annual Color Run is a fun run that is perfect for people of all ages. Each participant will receive a white All Star Athletes (ASA) t-shirt to wear during the run which will enhance
the fun of getting doused with colorful powder at every marker. Once the race is over, the fun continues at the Finish Festival, a larger-than-life party equipped with music, dancing, and other activities. This is the best post-run party in town.
