    The Race will be held on Saturday, September 26th, 2026 at Skyline Aquatic Center, located at 845 S Crismon Rd. Mesa, AZ 85208 on Crismon and Southern. The triathlon will consist of a 400 meter swim, 12 mile bike ride a 5km run. It is intended to be a safe and fun event for seasoned and first-time triathletes alike.

    You also have the option to register for the Duathlon, Relay, or Kids Splash n Dash to include the kids.

    Each participant will enjoy a custom t-shirt to remember the day they completed the race. Participants must register before September 1st to guarantee a shirt. Participants registered after September 1st may not receive a shirt.

    Sprint Triathlon start time 6:30 am.

    Timing chip pick up only 5:15 - 6:00 am (MUST BRING BIB from Packet Pickup)

    THERE IS NO RACE DAY PACKET PICKUP

    Pre-race meeting will be at 6:15 am in the pool area.

    Duathlon start time 6:30 am, at North West corner of Transition Area after pre-race meeting.

    Kids Splash-N-Dash start time 9:00 am.

    You can park in the main parking lot of Skyline High school. We highly recommend carpooling.

    Transition area will be just outside of the aquatics center and the finish line will be on the track.

    TMF is proud to partner with GORUCK again with rucking divisions at every run. Rucking is a sport based on special forces training in which participants walk or run while carrying weighted rucksacks.     Nominate a Teacher: Form a team of 30 and nominate a teacher for a $300 dyslexia training reimbursement scholarship. This scholarship helps equip educators with the skills to identify and support struggling readers and improve literacy outcomes.     To register by mail please complete and return our Mail-in Registration Form! Please make check payable to StartLine Racing.

    Can't make it to this year's event but still want to participate? We are excited to announce our 1in5K Dyslexia Dash Virtual Race. A virtual race is a race that can be ran at any location. You can walk, use the treadmill, run outside or participate in another race. You can run your race at your pace wherever you like. All virtual race participants will receive a custom event finisher's medal and custom event dri-fit tech t-shirt. All you have to do is register above! Please note - your virtual packet will be mailed out the week following the event.

    Virtual Registrations are restricted to US addresses only. If you reside outside of the US and wish to participate please contact StartLine Racing at [email protected]

    Race Day Registration will be available beginning at 6:30am at Freestone Park.

    We accept cash, or credit card on race day.

    • Cost of registration on race day will be $40 for the 5K and $20 for the Kids Dash.

    We welcome wheelchairs, strollers & wagons.

    No roller blades/skates, skateboards or motorized devices are allowed on the run or walk courses.

    Leashed pet and walker friendly

    This event will take place rain or shine. There are no refunds for due to weather.

On Sunday, November 8th, from 8 am to 11 am, join A Cure in Sight for a walk or run that goes beyond the scenic beauty. Together, we'll take steps to combat ocular melanoma, a rare eye cancer that affects approximately 3,000 new cases each year across the nation. Bring your friends and family—all ages are welcome to walk or run with us.

    Our event is on the East side of the park, North of McDowell Rd on N. 77th St at the Southeast Picnic area ramada, just north of the Skate Park. Coordinates are 33.46957° N, 111.91441°

    Do not go to the physical address at the Aquatics Center. If you are there, you are in the wrong place. Proceed to 77th St between Murray Ln and McDowell Rd.
