Format: A multi-surface ride combining paved path connectors with full mountain bike laps at three different parks.

    Start/Finish: Gateway Park, Fort Worth

Short Course Option (Approx. 55 Miles)

This option is a significant challenge, perfect for riders who want a taste of everything without the full century-distance commitment.

Start at Gateway Park: Roll out from the trailhead.

    Dash to Sansom Park:

Take the Trinity Trails paved path west from Gateway.

This is a fast, relatively flat segment of approximately 10-12 miles.

    Sansom Park Lap:

Complete one full lap of the Sansom Park mountain bike trails.

Known for being rocky, technical, and having some challenging climbs, a full lap is about 10-11 miles.

    Return to Gateway Park:

Ride the same Trinity Trails paved path segment back east to Gateway Park.

    Another 10-12 miles.

    Gateway Park Loops & Finish:

Upon returning, enter the Gateway Park MTB trails.

Complete 1 full West Loop and 1 full East Loop. The total for all Gateway trails is around 8-9 miles, so this segment will be approximately 6-7 miles of flowing, wooded singletrack.

    Finish at the Gateway trailhead.

From Gateway Park, head east on the Trinity Trails paved path toward Arlington.

This is a longer connector segment, approximately 14-15 miles one way.

    River Legacy Park Lap:

These trails are generally flatter and faster than Sansom but are twisty and heavily wooded. A full lap is about 10 miles.
