Event Purpose: Pulmonary fibrosis (PF) is a disease that causes scarring in the lung, which makes it difficult for patients to breathe. Despite its devastation, there unfortunately remains no cure for those with pulmonary fibrosis. This event aims to fundraise for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, which has demonstrated long-standing support for research and patients with PF!

Race Perks: Top finishers will receive Fleet Feet gift certificates, and all participants will receive a hot beverage or fry courtesy of 50W Brewing! All participants will be entered into a raffle to receive swag bags from Fleet Feet and the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, as well as receive timed results.

    • Post-race party will be held at 50W Brewing. Present your bib at the register to redeem your hot beverage or fry! Space is reserved during and after the event, so please come hangout!

    • Top 2 male/female 5K finishers will receive a $30 or $20 Fleet Feet gift certificate for 1st and 2nd places, respectively.

    • Top male/female 1mile finishers will receive $10 Fleet Feet gift certificates.

    • We will select raffle winners for Fleet Feet and Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation swag bags during both the 5K and 1mile so please keep an ear out for your name in the announcements.

Race Course: Both events will be an out-and-back course on the Little Miami Scenic Trail! Turn-around points for both the 5k and 1mile will be marked by large arrows. As the course is an out-and back, please keep to the right side of the trail at all times and allow others to pass.

    • Water and a snack will be provided at the finish line for both events!

Parking: Available in the Fleet Feet/50W Brewing parking lot, as well as across the street on Wooster Pike.

    Why Join?

Raise Awareness: Highlight the importance of breath and life.

    Promote Fitness: Encourage physical activity.

Support Research: Help find a cure for PF, affecting over 250,000 Americans annually.

Together, we can make a difference. I appreciate your support!

We have a new program where you can earn money back on your registration simply by referring others to the event.

    Here is how it works:

    1. Register yourself

    2. When you receive your confirmation in your email, share the unique referral link with others you know.

    3. When those that you refer, register using your unique referral link, you earn a credit.

    4. When you have earned 5 referral credits (paid registrations), you will automatically receive $5 back on the credit card you used to originally register. After the 5 referrals have been achieved, thereafter for every paid registration that you refer you will receive $1 back. We will only stop paying for referrals once the amount you receive back in referral money equals the amount you paid for your registration.

Very Important - In order to receive a referral credit, the people you refer HAVE TO use your unique referral link to register. We are unable to make any manual adjustments.

If you have any questions about this program, please contact us. If you can't find your referral link, let us know and we can resend your confirmation to you. You can also find your confirmation in your runsignup.com account (created when you registered). Thank you so much for your support!
