J.R. Westfalls CX Race
This race is dedicated to continuing the legacy of John Roden, a beloved member of our cycling community. John was not only a passionate cyclist but also a mentor, coach, and friend to many. His passion for the sport, coupled with his humble leadership, left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him. This event is held in his memory to honor his contributions and to keep his spirit alive in the sport he loved so much. The race serves as a tribute to John's legacy, inspiring future generations of cyclists to carry forward his passion, kindness, and commitment to cyclocross.
Sportsmanship and Expectations:

Race Course: West Falls is the most technical local cyclocross course. I have often referred to it as a mountain bikers cyclocross course. We make an effort to make it as well balanced for all riders types as possible. It is 50% fast twisty grass (power section) and 50% is trails (tech) through the woods down to the creek with the infamous beach and monster climb (power & tech) back up hecklers hill.
Requirements: Acceptable bikes include cyclocross, gravel, mountain bikes, fat bikes, or even a unicycle if that suits you!
(Early bird pricing of $40/Adult and $160/Adult Series increases

Our grand finale for the Rust Belt Ruckus CX Race Series comes back to One O Four Farm. This course is so good we race it twice! Jon and Shannon always change things up so the course feels new and fresh even if you've raced it (every single time) like I have… It's rolling, has perfectly apexed turns through orchards and farm fields like flying through a labyrinth, and some punchy techy parts back by the beaver sanctuary. It really doesn't get much more fun than this for a cyclocross course.
Non Sanctioned, no USAC license required
All competitive racers need an approved helmet
Participants under 18 years of age are required to have a signed parental consent form.
NO PARKING ON ROAD (Rt. 104)
Please see confirmation email for exact event location and parking instructions.

Webster Turkey Trot - Celebrating 55 years!
A Local Thanksgiving Day Classic since 1972!
4.4 Mile Race / 2.5 Mile Fun Run (In-Person and Virtual Options)
Join the Webster Turkey Trot Facebook Group Page here for updates and Trotty conversation.
This 54-year-old tradition of Webster, NY was started by Jim May, former English Teacher, in Webster. Jim May started this event as a practice run for his Cross Country Team, as a way for them to get a workout on Thanksgiving Day. As the years progressed, the event grew to what it is today. Jim May’s former Cross Country Runner and then multi year winner of Trot, Dave Boutillier, took over the reins of the race in the late 90′s under his Race Directing Company, YellowJacket Racing. Each year this race reminds Dave and many other former Webster residents of their youth and running the event annually.
Strollers, Dogs, & Headphones are NOT permitted on course!! Please note: You must have a bib to participate. It is bad form and considered banditting if you do not have a bib. Please just don't do it. It puts the entire event, its insurances, permits and other athletes at risk.

On behalf of Live Like Liam Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting children with special needs and medical challenges, we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. In the last two years, more than 1,000 community members came together to honor the life of Liam Zoghby and make a lasting impact.
Liam—a brave young man from Jamesville-DeWitt, born with DiGeorge Syndrome—taught us the power of courage, positivity and commitment to: “Find The Good.” Though we lost him in January 2024 at just 22 years old, his spirit continues to guide our mission.
Thanks to your generosity in 2025, we have been able to:
Establish an annual scholarship for a graduating Jamesville-DeWitt High School senior
Make contributions to Ronald McDonald House, supporting families in need
Create an endowment at The Upstate Foundation for chromosome research and to ease hospital burdens for parents
Launch a endowed scholarship at Syracuse University’s InclusiveU program, empowering students with special needs
Because our foundation is run entirely by volunteers, every dollar raised goes directly into programs that support local families and children.
We are now excited to announce the 3rd Annual Live Like Liam Walk & Run on Saturday, November 28, 2026 starting at 9am, at Jamesville-DeWitt High School.
The event includes:
A 1.22-mile walk
A 3.22-mile run
(The “.22” honors Liam’s chromosome 22 challenges)
This is more than just a fundraiser—it’s a celebration of hope, resilience, and community. Whether you join us as a participant, volunteer, or sponsor, you’ll help continue Liam’s legacy and support families who need it most.
Save the date and register today!
Together, let’s keep Finding The Good.
With gratitude,
The Live Like Liam Inc. Team ♥
