US Road Running
Don't miss out on the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the Dahlgren Railroad Heritage Trail. Sure, these races are held in August. In Virginia. That's the bonus challenge! All runners will receive a tank top or t-shirt (your choice!) and a finisher's medal.
Both race courses are beautiful, scenic out and back courses on a mostly flat, smooth rails to trails course. There are roots and bog boards in sections of the course - use extra caution in these areas.
Cash prizes, great competition, good food, and awesome swag all make this a memorable event. There is a 4-hour time limit for the half marathon and an 8-hour time limit for the 50K - runners and walkers are welcome!
Step into the legendary spirit of the "City of Brotherly Love," where history and hard work go hand-in-hand. From the iconic "Rocky Steps" to the bustling markets of Center City, Philadelphia is a town that respects the hustle and honors those willing to go the distance, making it the perfect home for the grit of the DEKA community.
The action centers at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, a massive, state-of-the-art arena located right in the heart of downtown Philly. This three-day event invites you to conquer the standard DEKA FIT course via Age Group or Elite waves, or take on the specialized Ruck and Team (2-person and 4-person) categories. For those who refuse to quit, the DEKA FIT Ultra offers a chance to etch your name into the city’s storied athletic history.

There is a parking garage located off of Cricket Ave to park in JUST REMEMBER IF YOUR BIKE IS ON THE ROOF!!
Suburban Square West Lot – This parking lot can be accessed off of Montgomery Ave. The driveway is right across from the Ardmore Presbyterian Church. When you go into the lot you will want to go into the gated area(the gate will be up). You will be parking right up against the railroad tracks.
Ardmore Lot #16. This lot is behind Trek Ardmore. You can access this by coming off Woodside Rd and going through the Wawa parking lot. Continue on the driveway to go behind Trek Ardmore. This lot is smaller and will be used as overflow.
