Male Participants: 20 lbs
Approved Gear
A ruck backpack
A weighted vest
A regular backpack with added weight
Weight Suggestions for beginner & experienced Rucker's:

$100/team (4 participants)
On May 1 price will increase to $120/team

Ruck & Rosé T-Shirt for every registered participant
Rocking Ruck Party Access including post-race refreshments, Rosé (21+), Live DJ, Free Flowers for Mom’s.

So, gather your moms, sisters, besties, gym crew, or coworkers. Coordinate your outfits. Create an unforgettable team name and come ready to ruck. This is more than just a race — it’s a celebration of strength, motherhood, community, and good vibes. Come ruck with us and be part of history at Westminster’s first-ever ruck race!

Join 100.7 The Bay as we lace up our sneakers, tease up our hair, and crank our adrenaline to eleven! The Rock 'n Run 5K is hitting the streets of Westminster, Md. and turning every mile into a music-fueled, high-voltage experience! Whether you’re a weekend warrior, a record-breaking speedster, or a backstage newbie, this 5K is your headlining gig.

We’ve got bands, DJs, and surprise jam sessions stationed along the route — because nothing powers a runner like a power chord.

Costumes, band tees, and plenty of air guitar moves are highly encouraged. Whether you’re a first-time 5K’er or a road race veteran, the Rock 'n Run 5K is your chance to run like a legend, party like a fan, and leave the course shouting “Encore!”
