Ride through history in the city where it all began. The Honor Major Taylor Fondo p/b Zipp invites you to celebrate the indomitable spirit of Marshall “Major” Taylor in his own hometown of Indianapolis, Indiana.

As the world’s first African-American sports superstar, Major Taylor broke barriers on the same streets where we now push our limits. For 2026, we honor his legacy with a professional-grade Grand Depart from the iconic Bottleworks District, sending riders southeast on brand-new scenic routes designed to challenge the legs and lift the spirit.

Ride Highlights:

• A Hometown Tribute: Experience a managed, neutral police roll-out from the heart of Indy, moving as one peloton through the city that shaped a world champion.

• Performance-Driven Routes: Choose between the 62-mile Gran (Metric Century) or the 30-35-mile Medio. Both routes feature professional chip-timing for athletes looking to test their mid-summer fitness.

• Elite Support: Fully supported, themed SAG stops with elevated nutrition, hydration, and mechanical assistance to keep you moving.

• The Bottleworks Experience: Start and finish at Indy’s premier urban destination. Enjoy secure, complimentary bike parking so you can transition from your ride to the front row of the evening's Pro Criteriums.

• Curated Recovery: Your registration includes an official Honor Major Taylor t-shirt and a custom meal voucher for a curated selection of local restaurants inside The Garage Food Hall.

• Zipp Wheelset Drawing: All amateur registrants are automatically entered to win one of two Zipp Wheelsets (valued at $2,500 each). Winners must be present at the 6:15 PM drawing to claim their prize.

Round #1 of the Indy Sprint Triathlon is happening Saturday, July 18 in Indianapolis, IN! This is the first of 2 races held at beautiful Eagle Creek Park, and is perfect for all ages* and abilities - from beginners to veterans, and everything in between!

All ages* and abilities can choose between the Triathlon, Duathlon, Aquabike, or Triathlon/Duathlon Relay (2-3 people).

Highlights include soft-style shirts, plus overall, age-group and division awards! We also offer a $5 Refund Referral Program for recruiting other registrants!

*Must be at least 14 on December 31, 2026 to compete.
