Ride through history in the city where it all began. The Honor Major Taylor Fondo p/b Zipp invites you to celebrate the indomitable spirit of Marshall “Major” Taylor in his own hometown of Indianapolis, Indiana.
As the world’s first African-American sports superstar, Major Taylor broke barriers on the same streets where we now push our limits. For 2026, we honor his legacy with a professional-grade Grand Depart from the iconic Bottleworks District, sending riders southeast on brand-new scenic routes designed to challenge the legs and lift the spirit.

The Bottleworks Experience: Start and finish at Indy’s premier urban destination. Enjoy secure, complimentary bike parking so you can transition from your ride to the front row of the evening's Pro Criteriums.
