The student doctors of MCG Run Club understand that health transcends the four walls of the clinic. The MCG White Coat Dash 5k is an event that aims to bring students, staff, faculty, alumni, and community members together to celebrate the amazing physical and mental health benefits hat being active brings.
Whether you are the everyday runner, first time 5k'er, or experienced walker, we are excited to invite you to join us on Pi Day to commemorate everyone striving to build healthier habits. Pi may be irrational, but choosing to move isn’t!
All proceeds directly benefit the MCG Student Run Clinics. These are student doctors who are dedicated to improving the health of Augusta's underserved communities through providing free healthcare and helping patients live healthier lifestyles.

The Trellis 10K is a neighborhood road race hosted by Trellis Coffee Bar and Bolt Run Co., designed to bring runners and local businesses together in celebration of Augusta’s vibrant community. This event is more than just a race — it’s a chance to move with purpose alongside friends, neighbors, and fellow runners.
Proceeds from the Trellis 10K benefit Bridge Builder Communities, a nonprofit building tiny homes for adults exiting foster care just blocks from Trellis. Every mile supports safe housing, stability, and opportunity for young adults transitioning into independence.
Race participants can look forward to race-day prizes, finisher medals, and plenty of fun surprises along the way.
Join us for a meaningful run through the neighborhood, great local energy, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact right here in Augusta.
We’re running and walking to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and support mental wellness in our community. Mental health affects us all—friends, family, and neighbors—and taking steps together shows that no one has to face it alone.
