Join us Saturday, April 18th for the 10th Annual Run with the Heroes, a milestone celebration where every step truly makes a difference. To honor 10 incredible years, we’re excited to introduce a brand-new 10K alongside our 5k and quarter-mile Family Walk. When you run, walk, or roll, you’re supporting George’s Pass—a life-changing program that creates sensory-safe, inclusive experiences for special needs children in hospitals and throughout our community. Your participation helps kids feel seen, safe, and celebrated exactly as they are.
This year, we’re honoring the Heroes Among Us—healthcare professionals, first responders, and everyday heroes. Come dressed as your favorite superhero, light up strollers and wheelchairs, to shine a bright light on inclusion for kids of ALL abilities. Bring the whole family and enjoy a sensory-friendly carnival, food, fun activities for all ages, and the chance to connect with organizations dedicated to supporting children with special needs. Run with purpose. Celebrate inclusion. Be a hero.
Sign up today and help us create a world where every child belongs.

The Millerton Lake Sprint Triathlon has long been known as a great "first lake swim" triathlon, and a warm up for the upcoming season. But don't let the bike and run distances fool you, there are a few steep hills on the ride, and the trail portion of run is a challenge.
More of a good thing... The Olympic Distance has a more challenging swim, two loops of the bike course, and two loops of the run course with a trail run heading out, a paved road coming back and beautiful Millerton Lake as the backdrop.
Note:
A USAT membership is required for the Triathlon, (but not the 5k/10k) If you do not have one, you can purchase one during the registration process. Per USAT rules, multisport participants must present ID and USAT membership card at packet pickup.
Total participation at this event is capped at 200. Register before it is sold out.
There is a $10 vehicle entrance fee.
