The course follows the beautiful paved pathway system along theThames River.

Unsure if you're ready to Rally with those that are 'hardcore'?
Our recreational division is an excellent option for beginners. Offering a slightly shorter day, more hints along the route, and a bonus lifeline!
Note: If you are joining a team that has already registered, you will need the team code from the captain. The team code is case sensitive.
PRIZES! PRIZES! PRIZES!
Prizes will be awarded for fundraising, divisional winners and the best dressed team. Check out photos of last year's teams HERE.

Every day, The Darling Home for Kids is entrusted to care for the most medically complex children. Our highly specialized Residential, Respite, and Hospice Palliative Care Programs draw children and families from all over the province. More than 70,000 children in Ontario are classified as medically complex, and that number continues to rise, as does the demand for our services.
Proceeds from the Rally for DHK will help to support our core programs and services. With your help, we can provide each child with the best care possible.
*Registration fees are not eligible for a tax receipt.
It’s not a race, let’s call it a fun run, we just want some friends to get together to run. Entry fees are minimal; enough to cover expenses like portable toilets and propane for heat. But there will be 200 mile stickers and 100 mile stickers. This year’s event will again be a fundraiser, any money in excess of expenses will be donated to the Mood Disorders Society of Canada. We’re calling the event Three Days in the Park, or 3DIP for short, but unofficially it will be the Stahr Wahrs Ultra. We can’t afford a legit Star Wars license, so we’ve had to use a different spelling, and for the support crew the “H” stands for “hammered”. Nobody will be discouraged from wearing or bringing Star Wars gear. The course is a one mile loop with a little hill, short and steep. And maybe a second, bonus hill. And some fun signs. And led lights.

Pinehurst Lake Conservation Area
Trail Races: 12.5K, 25K, 50K,
Presented by New Balance Canada
Directed by the Team at
The Hustle at Pinehurst brings a legendary course back to life.
Set in the Pinehurst Lake Conservation Area just north of Paris, Ontario, this race revives the iconic Run for the Toad course, once the largest trail race in Canada, and reimagines it with a fresh experience that keeps everything we loved about the trails themselves.
Runners will take on a 12.5 km loop that winds through forested singletrack, traces the edge of Pinehurst Lake, and rolls through open meadows. The trail keeps things interesting with twists, turns, and a few honest climbs that get the heart pumping and signal you’re close to the end of the loop.
Whether you’re lining up for one loop or settling in for a longer day, The Hustle is designed to be a must-do event for trail runners in southwestern Ontario and is built for all runners, as an approachable, challenging in the right ways race-course, that is rooted in history.
This race is for runners who love good trails and a little effort. Whether it’s your first trail race, a chance to settle into a familiar loop, or a tune-up for longer goals. The Hustle offers honest, runnable trails with just enough twists and climbs to keep things interesting.
Come for one loop.
Stay for a few.
Find your hustle.
A brand new race experience is coming to Kincardine.
The Lighthouse-to-Lighthouse Half Marathon & 5K will take runners along our stunning shoreline, connecting two of our most iconic landmarks...the Point Clark and Kincardine lighthouses!
This is the 5th Annual Stratford 5k Run/Walk.
Thanks to all our runners from 2025, we were able to raise more than $32,000+ for The Local Community Food Centre (CFC).
The Local CFC Stratford 5K Run/Walk will start and finish in Upper Queens Park Stratford Ontario. The route will take you past the beautiful Victoria lake and the legendary Stratford Festival theatres. This race will be chip timed and is welcomed to all runners, walkers and strollers. We will also have a kids race with medals and treats from Rheo Thompson, starting 8:50am sharp. You must register your child(ren) to participate. The kids run is approximately 600 metres. 100% of the proceeds go to The Local Community Food Centre.
Remember: Reduced registration fee for all youths under the age of 17 that participate in the 5K. $20 + registration fees
PLEASE NOTE: You’ll notice a lower registration fee plus a minimum donation amount. Together, these equal the total cost of registration.
We’ve structured it this way so 5K participants receive a tax receipt on the donation portion and pay a lower processing fee. If you’re able, we encourage you to donate above the minimum and help make an even bigger impact.
Fundraising Challenge: You will receive a reward based on the fundraising amount you reach by end of race day (see below for the fundraising tiers). There will be prizing for all fundraisers that raise $250 or greater for The Local Community Food Centre. Better prizing as you hit higher fundraising tiers. For rewards please visit https://stratford5k.com/fundraising-challenge/.
