You can run or walk the 2K or 5K or do both and earn a unique challenge coin! Departing from and ending at Osgoode's Stuart Holmes Arena; the 2K & 5K run through Osgoode Village.
We are encouraging participants to wear a costume! What kind of costume is up to you. Of course, make it fun and be sure you can still run! There will be a random prize draw for all participants wearing a costume in the 2K & 5K (youth and adult). Your dog best friend will be eligible for a prize as well! We can't wait to see what you come up with!
Costumes are optional. You can come with just your race gear.

The 'Goode Run is a FUNDRAISER
The Osgoode Youth Association relies on funds raised at the 'Goode Run to exist. The 2025 'Goode Run raised over $30,000 for O-YA! The 'Goode Run is volunteer organized and led which means 100% of the proceeds go right back into O-YA. This is very unique in the 'fundraising run' world. It's a run you can feel EXTRA good about!
The Races
The 5K is a multi-terrain course through Osgoode Village. It is a timed event by Sportstats.
Participants of the 2K can run or walk. Baby joggers and strollers are welcome. Participants of ALL ages are out and about enjoying the 2K on race day. No 'running' experience is necessary! Just join us for a fun event! Dogs (who are on a leash, get along well with other dogs and are cleaned up after) are very much welcome to join the 2K. The 2K will run or walk on streets throughout the Village of Osgoode.

Shirts will be available for purchase as an add on to registration up until April 24 at midnight.

The National Capital Pride Run is an all ages, all-level event with a 2.5 km walk or a 5 km run/walk option. Since 2016 the Pride Run has raised over $82,000 for Bruce House. Run, walk or roll with us every August and raise money for people living with HIV in Ottawa.

Please arrive by 8:30 AM at the Pavilion located between Corkstown Road and Holly Acres Road (📍 Andrew Haydon Park Pavilion) to collect your registration sticker.

The new kid on the block in the world of Backyard Ultras for the SECOND year. An endurance race guaranteed to test the limits of anyone with the courage to step into the loop. A race not about speed but about who has the physical and mental grit to endure the longest. There is no second place, no finish line, just the end.
Starting at the iconic 692 Coffee and Bar, the route will go through the beautiful and historic town of Manotick. Each loop for the Backyard Ultra will incorporate road and trail running; having runners take bridges over streams, run through parks, and endure tarmac underfoot.
The 5K will welcome the competitive runner and the runner looking to challenge themselves. The Family 1K is a fun and exciting event for all ages and skill levels. Whether your first race or hundredth race it will be one to remember. 50% of the registration fee from the family 1K race will be donated to the CHEO Children's Hospital - The Griffin Bell Golden Endowment Fund.
