    Race Day Highlights!

Stay Salty: We've learned a thing or two from Canadian Decembers. That's why we're beefing up our on-course monitoring team in 2026 and making sure we have extra salt, shovels, and helping hands ready to go if the weather decides to get creative.

Personal Best Awards: So, not all of us are sprinting for a spot on that podium, but we still have a goal for you to chase! The PB awards are BACK! If you finish the race in a personal-best time, we'll have a special treat for you after the finish. Be sure to enter your current 10k PB at registration to qualify.

Fun Kids Race: Not only can parents run with their kids, but we will also have a special cheer squad and pacers to make sure the our littlest runners have an awesome (and safe) race experience!

Post-Race Hangout: Join us in our Warming Area to socialize, grab a snack, check out our sponsor tables, and show off your medal during our post-race party. Nutritious snacks and hydration will be available to participants to replenish your energy.

All Runners Celebrated: We won’t forget about the back-of-the-pack crowd! The final participant to cross the finish line will be escorted across and receive a special prize to celebrate their finish.

Equity Best Practices: This race is committed to ensuring equity for women's, men's, non-binary, and gender-non identifying members of the community.

Fast Fun: For those who are feeling competitive, we will have a strong elite field complete with speedy pacers and prize money for top finishers.

Age Group Prizes: We have some excellent prizes that are worthy of your efforts!

Awesome Swag: Race kits include beanies, medals, and more!

Say Cheese!: We’ll have professional photographers and videographers on the course providing free photos for all participants. Start practicing that finish-line pose!

    Athletics Ontario Sanctioned Event

We're pleased to announce that the BlackToe Holiday 10k is both an Athletics Ontario Sanctioned Race and an Athletics Canada-certified event. As such, you can be assured that technical course operations will be executed by a professional race management team following the best practices in North America.
