A 5km fun run or walk around Southlands Tsawwassen for charity...and beer!

Join us at the Red Barn in Southlands Tsawwassen for a fun run followed by good beer, good food, and good friends. All the while supporting Reach Child and Youth Development Society!

Registration will include not only a great race package, but also a post race beer (or non-alcoholic options) and bratwurst. Bring your friends, family, or support group out as well to join in on the fun! All ages are welcome to take part in the run!

When: Saturday July 25th, 9:30am Race start.

Sunset Run x Dream Mile

Presented by Peninsula Co-op

A Mile and 3K for Everyone

Join us on Wednesday, July 29, from 5:00–9:00 PM on the Peninsula Co-op Track at PISE.

Hosted by PISE and RunSport, the Sunset Run x Dream Mile brings runners, walkers, families, and friends together for an evening of racing, music, and community. Whether you're chasing a personal best, taking on your first race, or cheering from the sidelines, there's something for everyone.

With multiple mile and 3K heats, a fun atmosphere, and a welcoming environment, it's the perfect opportunity to challenge yourself, connect with the local running community, and enjoy an evening of racing

Every registration helps make a difference. Proceeds from the event support PISE's Gift of Play and Gift of Potential programs, providing recreation opportunities for youth and helping young athletes pursue their dreams.

Welcome to the 7th Annual Gruesome Twosome 22k, 11k, 5k & 1k

Gruesome Twosome has been created to encourage running with a partner, a friend, a side kick... of course you can run individually also! It is a family friendly event! Your registration includes a finishers medal, a $5.00 donation to BabyGoRound, your event bib, finish line food and lots of fun!

EVENT INFORMATION

Note this is not a relay event, you will be running with your partner for the chosen distance.

Registration Includes:

NEW FOR 2026 - Your registration fee includes a smoothie or smoothie bowl from STORMY'S SMOOTHIE TRUCK, grab yours at the finish line!

• All participants receive a finisher’s medal!

• Finish line food/party.

• Timing (not chip)

• 1,2,3 over all finisher awards.

• An epic day on the trails.

• A super duper marked course and lots of fun!

• You choose to run a 22k, 11k or 5k distance.

• Strollers are welcome!

• There is a limit of 280 participants for 2026

• We also have a 1K Hooray Fun Run for all ages option!

• BOTH PARTNERS MUST REGISTER SEPARATELY

Virtual Event:

If you do not live locally or cannot make it to the local event, then you can register for the Virtual Event and run your chosen distance wherever you live! We have three event distances options: 22k, 11k & 5k. All participants receive a finisher’s medal! Running with strollers filled with kids/babes are welcomed as your partners!

Your event package is mailed to you and will arrive before August 22nd. This gives you the option to help us raise money and awareness, run where you live, (maybe create a group run with friends?!), and we can all run together around the world on the same day!

Your registration fee includes your bib number, a finishers medal, a $5.00 donation to BabyGoRound.

Important: Registration for our Virtual Runners closes July 1, 2026 so that we have time to mail your package to you before event day.
