Rules and Conduct Expectations
Our goal for this event is to host an incredible day of community and fun on the trail. To maintain that atmosphere, we have series of rules and expectations to keep everyone safe and having fun! It is expected that everyone abide by the rules as listed - these will be presented again on the day of the event and participants must abide by them in order to participate.
So that we can all get there together, please be mindful of the following:
-
Helmets are mandatory.
-
Basic group riding skills are key.
-
Share the road with everyone.
-
Be inclusive and friendly.
-
Up to Class 1 Bikes - No Class 2 or Class 3 allowed during this ride - Human powered or assisted to Class 1 only
Ride Guidelines—The Basics
-
Helmets, properly fitted and in good condition, are mandatory while riding.
-
Basic group riding skills, including riding smoothly and predictably, the use of hand signals, and riding in a group are key. You should be comfortable riding around others. Asking questions and studying others always helps, but, ultimately, it’s down to practice, practice, practice.
-
Share the trail. There is very seldom any need to fully block the trail. It is almost never necessary to ride more than one rider wide. Traffic will be going both directions on the Mesabi trail!
-
Standard road bikes are the best choice for group rides. Class 2 and 3 e-bikes are not allowed. Whatever bike you use, please do not use a TT or “super-tuck” position while in a group. Group riding dynamics require quick, predictable reactions.
-
Group rides often stretch out but typically regroup at the top of climbs or at major intersections. Ask if you are unsure where exactly as it can vary based on the route and participants.
-
Be self-sufficient. Take care of your equipment. Carry water, food, money, tubes, tools, maps. Our rides are not always no-drop (except the Introductory Ride). If you become separated from the group, you may need to be self-sufficient in making your way home.
-
Our ride is designed to be inclusive and friendly. Please always treat others with respect. This includes everyone on the ride and all those with whom we cross paths on the road. We are a community founded in positivity and inclusivity, and our behavior on all rides—solo and group rides—should reflect and reinforce this. Abusive, hateful, or intrusive language or actions will not be tolerated.
Ride Guidelines—The Finer Points
-
Recreational means we all have fun.
-
Learn and use hand signals which indicate hazards, turning, passing, slowing, approaching vehicles and peds, etc. When in doubt, use your voice.
-
If you are inexperienced or uncomfortable riding in a group or a paceline, please let the others know so that they can support you. You’ll need to communicate and manage your personal bubble around other riders.
-
At some point everyone is new to a group or a ride and needs to learn the group’s habits. Please introduce yourself and ask question. When in doubt, ride in the group or at the back.
-
An intact paceline defines an inclusive and friendly group ride. Ride the pace of the slowest rider, maintain the distance to the rider in front of you, and keep the effort (as opposed to the speed) even at the front. Surging and swarming at the front, while not always unwelcome, defines combative group rides and races.
-
Share the road. Road crossings will be managed by volunteers! Be prepared to come to a complete stop. They are there to keep you safe and their call is final. You may cross when they allow you to.
-
Be prepared with fuel and hydration. There is one aid station in the middle at Eagles Nest. Please plan accordingly.
-
Be self-sufficient. Take care of your equipment. Be sure your electronics are properly charged. Carry water, food, money, tubes, tools, maps. While we strive to keep the group together, our rides are not always no-drop (except the Introductory Ride). If you become separated from the group, you will need to be self-sufficient in making your way home.
-
Unfamiliar with a route? Not sure you can keep up? Please let someone know. They will try their best to make sure you know your way home, just in case.
-
There are so many Dos and Don’ts. Here is just a sampling:
-
Do heed your Ride Leader/s. Ride Leader's will be assigned to you on the day of. They are in charge of pacing.
-
Do offer help when it is needed. Follow up only when help is accepted.
-
Do call out warnings. Calls such as “Car up” or “Stopping” or “Single-up,” etc., need to be communicated down through the field of riders.
-
Do keep pedaling over the top of hills.
-
Do follow traffic laws.
-
Do look ahead and anticipate.
-
Do not stare at the wheel in front of you.
-
Do not “half-wheel” or lap wheels.
-
Do not wear headphones.
-
Do not stand up to pedal when there are riders directly behind you.
-
Do not clear your nose in front of anyone.
-
Do not touch others.
-
Do not drift away from a group without alerting someone.
Introductory Ride
-
Introductory Rides are no-drop rides. “No-drop” means no one gets fully separated from the group. The group may occasionally stretch out, but it will regroup.
-
Recruit a ride buddy. If you do drop back, your ride buddy will know to look for you.
-
Ideally, the group will stay together and arrive at the destination at the same time. Ask the ride leaders to slow the ride down if you cannot keep up.
For Those New to Group Rides
-
During group rides there are certain responsibilities expected of both Leaders and Riders. Leaders are responsible—more or less—for being aware of the route and for establishing an agreeable ride pace. Riders are responsible—more or less—for having the equipment, skills and fitness needed to keep pace with the ride.
-
If you are having difficulty keeping up, rather than stay at the back, try to stay in the middle of the group. That way, if other riders pass you, you are more likely to stay in or near the group.
-
Recruit a ride buddy. If you do drop back, your ride buddy will know to look for you.
-
Look ahead by riding just to one side of the rider in front of you. Anticipate what those in front of you will do. Do not stare at the wheel in front of you. That is a sure way to touch wheels.
-
Learn to anticipate the pace and be prepared to work harder when the going gets tough. This usually means looking ahead and keeping tabs on the whole group. Then select the right gear, push the pedals harder and/or pedal more quickly when you must. At times it will mean breathing at a rate where it is harder for you to form complete sentences.
-
Familiarize yourself with the route. Be prepared for the terrain and mileage of the proposed ride. Ask the group leaders for details, or use any ride app (Strava, Map My Ride, Ride with GPS). Signage does mark the challenging areas and ride volunteers will help direct you at road crossings.

Paige will be joined throughout the weekend by Maxine Bratus of fitmi in Ann Arbor, one of the country’s premier bike fitters, bringing a wealth of knowledge and insight to the clinic, rides, and discussions.
Newer riders are absolutely welcome.
Helmets are required for all rides and clinic activities

We’ll also have a closed circuit to practice pace-line riding and group ride etiquette. Riders will learn how to safely signal, communicate, and ride together as a group.
After 60–90 minutes of skills work, we’ll head out on a 10-mile no-drop ride to put those pace-line skills into practice on the road.

Finding the right tire pressure for your setup
-

Saturday, July 18 – 1:00 PM
Q&A + Meet & Greet
Ogma Brewing Co.
129 E. Michigan Ave, Jackson, MI 49201
After the clinic and ride, participants are invited to join Paige Onweller, Maxine Bratus, and others from the cycling community for a casual meet & greet at Ogma Brewing Co. in downtown Jackson.
This informal gathering is an opportunity to ask questions, connect with other riders, and continue the conversation about gravel riding, training, equipment, bike fit, and getting more women involved in cycling.
Whether you’re curious about race strategy, riding in the pro peloton at a Lifetime Grand Prix event, or dialing in tire choice and pressure, this is your chance to ask.
Food and beverages will be available for purchase from Ogma Brewing.
Sunday, July 19 – 9:00 AM
Irish Hills Gravel Group Rides
Swain Memorial Park
Brooklyn, Michigan
Sunday’s rides are designed to be fun, collaborative group experiences for a variety of riders and pace levels.
Our faster group will aim for a 17–20 mph average pace and will focus on riding smoothly and efficiently together rather than attacking or racing each other. Stronger riders may take longer pulls at the front to help support the group effort.
We're also working with our friend Nate Evans and his Rolling Toast Group Ride to offer a shorter distance (closer to 25 miles) and more approachable pace groups available, so riders who get dropped or simply want a more relaxed experience will still have a welcoming group to ride with.
If the front group gets away, no problem — settle in, enjoy the roads, and take in everything Southern Michigan gravel has to offer.
After the ride, riders are welcome to continue the conversation and grab brunch together at Atlas Restaurant & Bar in downtown Brooklyn. Food and beverages will be available for purchase individually.
Women’s Participation Incentives
Any woman who attends the Irish Hills Gravel Weekend with Paige Onweller will receive:
-
A 50% off registration code for Irish Hills Gravel
-
Access to a monthly webinar series with Paige Onweller leading up to race day
These webinars will provide opportunities to ask questions about:
-
Equipment
-
Training
-
Nutrition
-
Race preparation
-
Gravel riding in general
Our goal is to create a supportive and welcoming environment that helps more women feel confident exploring gravel and off-road cycling.

Please visit the West Texas Showdown website for more information about this event and routes.
West Texas Showdown
Terlingua, TX | Dec. 4th - 6th, 2026
The West Texas Showdown isn’t just a race — it’s a battle against the desert itself. Big Bend delivers jagged singletrack, endless horizons, and conditions as raw as they come. Wild, unpredictable, and unforgiving — this is where legends are made.
The third stage of the Texas Showdown Series and the crown jewel of the Texas Showdown Triple Crown. Set in the Big Bend region of Texas, this event promises to test every ounce of grit, skill, and determination.
This is mountain desert country — wild, remote, and raw. The terrain is rugged, the weather unpredictable, and resources are scarce. Nearly everything in the desert either bites, pinches, stings, or grabs. Don’t be scared — but don’t come unprepared.
Big Bend – Home of the Showdown
Big Bend Ranch State Park and the surrounding desert country embody the spirit of West Texas: wide-open basins framed by volcanic cliffs, deep canyons carved by the Rio Grande, and horizons that shift with every mile.
It’s one of the most remote places in the lower 48, where solitude comes naturally and silence is as striking as the scenery. Out here, self-reliance isn’t optional — it’s survival. By day, the desert unfolds in stark beauty: ocotillo stretching skyward, hidden springs tucked into arroyos, and dirt roads that climb to vistas you’ll never forget. By night, you’ll ride under one of the darkest skies in North America, the Milky Way blazing overhead in a show few places on Earth can match.
Event Options
Showdown – 390 miles of Glory & Pain
This is the flagship route: long, raw, and unrelenting. It starts with a paved rollout from Terlingua before plunging straight into the wilds of Big Bend Ranch State Park. Riders will grind up gravel park roads, hike through rugged arroyos, and battle through stretches of singletrack where “rideable” depends on your skill, stamina, and stubbornness.
Highlights:
-
Marfa (Mile ~200): A quirky West Texas art town, home of the mysterious “Marfa Lights” and the famous Prada “storefront.” Will quite literally be a desert oasis for riders.
-
Pinto Canyon: One of the most dramatic landscapes in Texas. A twisting, jaw-dropping descent through volcanic cliffs. Sunrise or sunset here is unforgettable.
-
Rio Grande Stretch: Long paved miles along the border, with Mexico just across the river. Stunning views and a glimpse of life in the small border towns.
-
The Death Loop: A 50-mile finale north of Terlingua that will test what’s left of your legs and your willpower.
Stats: ~390 miles | 60% unpaved / 40% paved
Slowdown – 290 miles of Dust & Determination
A shorter, but still fierce route through Big Bend. The Slowdown trims the distance but keeps the character: gravel park roads, rough country tracks, stretches of arroyo riding, and just enough singletrack to keep you honest. This is a full-on bike expedition into one of the harshest and most beautiful places in the country.
Highlights:
-
Remote gravel stretches deep inside Big Bend Ranch SP
-
Rough, sandy arroyos that force you to wrestle with your bike as much as ride it
-
Expansive desert views that make every climb worth it
-
Just enough pavement to catch your breath before the dirt pulls you back in
Stats: ~290 miles | 48% unpaved / 52% paved
Lowdown – The Gateway to Big Bend
The Lowdown is our non-competitive, guided bikepacking group ride. Designed to introduce riders to the magic of Big Bend in a slightly more approachable way. This route is not to be taken lightly, the distance is shorter, but the miles are hard. A good option for those with experience bikepacking, but want to try something more extreme.
Ride leaders and sweepers will help guide the way, but this is still a self-supported trip. You’ll need to carry your own food, water, and camping gear. Along the way you’ll experience the vastness, solitude, and starlit skies that make Big Bend unforgettable.
Highlights:
-
Long stretches of gravel roads and dry arroyos inside Big Bend Ranch SP
-
Nights spent under some of the darkest skies in North America
-
Bring your big tires and probably suspension
Stats: ~85 miles over 3 days | 80% unpaved / 20% paved
Schedule
Thursday, Dec. 3rd
-
12–8pm: Rider check-in & tracker pickup
-
8–9pm: Pre-race meeting at TBD
Friday, Dec. 4th
- 7am: Showdown & Slowdown & Lowdown - Grand Departs
Saturday, Dec. 5th
- All day: Ride Your Damn Bike
Sunday, Dec. 6th
-
All day: Celebrate finishers at Temple of the Bird
-
5pm: Hoedown starts w/ live local music
-
7–8pm: Awards + raffle
-
10pm: Party winds down
Host City & HQ
Our host town is Terlingua, TX — a once-thriving mercury mining hub turned ghost town, now home to a small but eclectic community of artists, adventurers, and desert dreamers. Nestled between Big Bend Ranch State Park and Big Bend National Park, Terlingua’s ruins, shacks, and quirky dwellings create a setting unlike anywhere else.
Race HQ will be at the Temple of the Bird and it'll be our home for the weekend.
Getting Here
Terlingua is off the beaten path — there are no direct planes, trains, or buses. The nearest airports are in Midland or El Paso; from there, it’s a long desert drive. If you’re arriving via Alpine or Marfa, you’ll also pass through a Border Patrol checkpoint before reaching town.
Rider Notes
-
Bike Choice: This is MTB country — rocky climbs, rugged singletrack, arroyo crossings, and rough gravel. Leave your gravel bike at home.
-
Self-Supported: Riders must carry food, water, navigation, and repair gear. Resources are extremely limited.
-
Leave No Trace: The desert is fragile. Pack it in, pack it out. No catholing. Carry a waste bag.
-
Risks: Remote terrain, wildlife, weather extremes, and isolation. This is not an event for the faint of heart or the unprepared.
FAQ
Why don’t the routes go into Big Bend National Park?
Bikes are not allowed on singletrack trails inside the National Park. All riding is on roads only. Big Bend Ranch State Park offers far better opportunities for rugged, off-road adventure. The National Park is also not open to these types of events…yet!
Will I pass through a Border Patrol checkpoint?
Yes. If you’re driving in from Alpine or Marfa, you will pass through a permanent Border Patrol checkpoint north of Terlingua. Have your ID handy. You will also have a Border checkpoint if you are doing the Showdown or Slowdown heading into Marfa.
What’s the weather like in December?
Riders should be prepared for temperatures ranging from below freezing overnight to warm, sun-filled afternoons. Weather in Big Bend Ranch State Park can change rapidly, and strong winds, cold rain, and freezing temperatures are all possible. Conditions may vary dramatically across the route due to changes in elevation, terrain, and exposure.
? What bike should I bring?
This is MTB terrain. Wide tires, suspension, and durable gear are highly recommended. Gravel bikes will not cut it here.
? How self-supported is this event?
Completely. Riders are expected to carry their own food, water, tools, and navigation. Resupply points are limited, so plan carefully. Rescue vehicles will be available to extract riders off course if needed, but when you're riding, you're on your own!
? How do I handle waste?
Big Bend’s desert ecosystem is delicate. Riders must follow Leave No Trace principles. That means packing out all trash and carrying a waste bag — no catholing allowed.

WHEN: Wednesday, July 8th (departure time 5:30pm). Registration CLOSES July 3rd at NOON. Please note: we have limited spots -- register early!
WHAT’S WITH THE NAME: Brace for this history lesson. The 1000 Animals Social Athletic Club was a local, casual crew of cyclists who met weekly to ride together in the 90’s. The rides were organized by Placid Planet, which, at one time, was located at 1975 Saranac Ave. This same location has taken on many identities over the years - the “Speedy Spa”, an antique shop and “The Home of 1000 Animals” - an oddball roadside attraction that was part petting zoo and part fur farm from the 1920’s through the 60’s. Most recently, it is the home of West Shore BBQ, which also happens to be our final stop. Full circle! Please know that while the event name is a nod to an OG group ride and one of our sustaining Community Partners, Placid Planet, you need not be athletic or even social. Come as you are.
WHY: To celebrate the growth and expansion of mountain biking in our community and to honor the efforts of so many who’ve had a hand in it. Who doesn't like a fun group ride and bbq?
WHERE IT STARTS: Meet at Placid Planet (2242 Saranac Ave.) between 5 and 5:30 -- aiming for a 5:30 departure.
THE ROUTES: We're still working on em! You can expect two different guided options, one that's more challenging and one that's more chill. Both will tour various mountain biking trails in the Lake Placid area with some road biking to make connections between them.
WHERE IT ENDS: West Shore BBQ (1975 Saranac Ave)! West Shore BBQ has been SO KIND as to open just for us, so we encourage you to embrace the opportunity to support them through this event. At registration, you’ll choose A.) Sliced Brisket Sandwich or B.) Pulled Pork Sandwich. Each entree will also come with mac & cheese, cornbread, pickles, and BBQ sauce. There will be beverages available for purchase as well. Absolutely no outside beverages are allowed on the West Shore premises – if you bring your own elixir, make sure it's gone by the end of the ride.
FEES/REGISTRATION: Registration is $35 and includes dinner and access to the ride. If dinner isn’t in the cards for you but you still want to join us, registration is $20. All proceeds go back to the trails. Registration CLOSES on July 3rd at NOON. This is so we can provide West Shore with our food pre-order.
ATTIRE: Animal costumes and/or print not required but STRONGLY encouraged. 10,000 style points for anyone who shows up on a 1990's era mountain bike.
OTHER PRO TIPS: We anticipate a good crowd. Register early. Spots are limited. Parking at Placid Planet could be tight, so if you can, ride from home or consider alternative parking behind Simply Gourmet.

The Tour de Thorncliffe is back for 2026 with ambitious targets and exciting prizes.
A collaboration between the Thorncliffe Park Autism Support Network (TPASN) and the Women’s Cycling Network, with support from organizational partners The Neighbourhood Office, Gateway Bike Hub and Cycle Toronto, this annual event raises money to provide free summer camps for children with special needs.
Inclusive Summer Camps That Make a Difference
Our camps have been a tremendous success, bringing together children with and without neuro-developmental disorders in an environment that fosters awareness, understanding, and acceptance. “While there were free camps in the city, none were open to children with special needs,” says TPASN’s Dr. Shakhlo Sharipova—which is why our inclusive model is so vital.
Each year, demand for these camps grows, and the need for support from families in our community continues to rise. We’re calling on the community and local businesses to help us raise $20,000 to fund camps in Thorncliffe Park and Flemingdon Park. Every contribution, big or small, helps create life-changing experiences for children.
With your support, we can:
✔ Provide a free, enriching camp experience for 70 children, helping them build social skills, enjoy the benefits of outdoor play, and develop healthy habits.
✔ Hire qualified educators and one-on-one assistants to support children with high sensory and behavioural needs.
✔ Cover materials, nutritious meals (breakfast, lunch & snacks), and specialized entertainers who create an engaging, inclusive environment for kids with autism and other neuro-developmental differences.
Together, we can ensure every child has the chance to learn, grow, and thrive—regardless of ability.

MILE ZERO
Delta Outdoor Festival
RIDE • RUN • PADDLE • BIRD
Mile Zero is a weekend celebration of the Arkansas Delta’s beautiful landscape. Formerly known as the Delta Grind, this rebrand reflects a new chapter rooted in Helena’s identity as the "gateway to the Delta"—where trails, rivers, history, and culture converge. Helena, one of Arkansas's most historic and significant Mississippi River ports, is a city with a deep and complex history.
Join us for a rally-style celebration blending world-class riding and running with birding and paddling opportunities that highlight the region’s vibrant soul: live music, local food, and heritage. Here is a slide show to get you fired up to register.
ADVENTURE • CULTURE • COMMUNITY
“Mile Zero is more than an outdoor festival — it’s a strategic step toward positioning Helena as a hub for recreation, culture, and community vitality,” — Ammen Jordan, Director of studioDRIFT. “Our goal is to make outdoor recreation accessible to all. WHY HELENA?
Originally thriving as a primary steamboat stop and the center of a prosperous cotton and timber empire, Helena’s geography at the southern foot of Crowley’s Ridge made it a strategic cornerstone of the Delta. Over time, the decline of river-based commerce and the mechanization of agriculture forced the community to reinvent itself. Today, a new economic growth strategy focused on heritage tourism, outdoor recreation, and the arts is transforming the community.
However, like many rural communities in the region, the city is facing compounding demographic and economic challenges. The population has experienced a sharp decline and is struggling with the outmigration of its workforce and youth. The area faces both a consistently high poverty rate and the shortest life expectancy in Arkansas — nearly five years less than the national average.
CROWLEY’S RIDGE GRAVEL TRAIL?
The development of the Crowley’s Ridge Gravel Trail is a critical component of this revitalization effort, serving to both improve the quality of live and serve as a regional economic engine. Crowley’s Ridge is a unique geological anomaly — an island of adventure rising up to 250 feet above the sorrounding Delta farmland — offering an experience that is entirely distinct. By formalizing and expanding routes and natural surface trails along the ridge, we are creating a world-class recreational asset that capitalizes on the global trends in outdoor recreation.

FAQ:
I've never ridden a mountain bike or I'm pretty new, can I come?
Absofreakinlutely! We invite ALL levels of riders to come and participate. When you sign up we have you fill out a questionnaire to place you in a group based on your skill level. We have had women start out in the beginner groups and now coming into year 3 we have seen them advance to the higher groups, which is super exciting!
If I need a bike can I rent one?
Yes! See above we're working with none other than the amazing Brown County Bikes!
Do I have to camp with everyone?
No you do not, you can stay wherever you like! We always give that option for people who want to camp on site with us but we are happy to give you other recommendations on places to stay - sometimes there are cabins or rooms on site as well! Guess what you can even stay in the same building as the bike shop - Brown County Bikes, check out Brown County Barn Burner. Contact them for availability because they've blocked rooms for our group!
You can also check out the Brown County Visitor's Center website to see all accommodation options.
https://www.browncounty.com/stay/
I'm coming with my friends will I be in the same group as them?
Maybe, maybe not. While you ride with your friends all the time at home you might be best suited to be in a different group as them for our camp. It is important for us to give you the best tools and skills you need to be successful to continue riding more confidently and comfortably. Our coaches and staff are professionally trained through PMBIA or ICP, we have organized and guided hundreds of people in the outdoors since 2014 so please trust our methods to place you in a group we feel you will most excel in. If you have concerns please let us know too!
There are times once you are in your group we may need to shift you to another group but we will discuss this with you beforehand.
I have a strict diet can you accommodate me?
We can cover vegetarian, gluten free. If you have sever allergies or other dietary restrictions we due recommend bringing your own food. While we wish we could accommodate every person's request many times we are in remote locations for our camps and the caterers or food options are very limited. If you have a strict diet please sign up for the meal plan at least 30 days out so we can communicate that to our caterer.
What is the refund policy?
If you have to cancel first you can always transfer your ticket to another camp (the following year) or coaching session with Kate or Danielle to be used within a year. 60 days out full refund after that we do not offer refunds due to paying for permits, insurance, coaches, meals, etc.

Ken is more than an attorney - he is an avid rider who incorporates his observations when riding into his legal framework to prevent crashes, he knows what it’s like out there and the impact of bike accidents.
The Knabe Law Firm helps our clients through all phases of settlement negotiation and litigation, providing straightforward and accurate advice so people can take care of themselves and their families, while we take care of the critical legal details to ensure our clients recover their losses.
Ken is working to foster a culture of safety and respect for cyclists by seeking to make our city safer and more livable through active transportation. He serves on nonprofit boards and committees including the Ohio to Erie Trail, and the Ohio Bicycle Federation; he gives educational seminars and speeches to local cycling groups promoting best practices; and he supports local advocacy and ridership through sponsorships and donations.
Ken has found that unfamiliarity of the applicable laws contributes to this problem, so in an effort to close the information gap Ken authored Cycling Rights: Bicycles, E-Bikes & Micro-Mobility Devices published in September 2020. Cycling Rights: Second Edition was released in February 2024.
Cycling Rights is aimed at educating both cyclists and motorists and is full of useful law specifically applied to car/bike interactions, real case studies, and safety tips for riders novice to pro.
Profits from the purchase of Cycling Rights through the Bike Cleveland website go directly to support the organization’s mission of creating a region that is sustainable, connected, healthy, and vibrant by promoting bicycling and advocating for safe and equitable transportation for all.

We’re excited to be hosting a Gravel Weekend with Lifetime Grand Prix professional cyclist and Michigan native Paige Onweller. We’ve put together a series of events designed to be welcoming, informative, and fun whether you’re new to gravel or a seasoned rider.

No-Drop Group Ride + Skills Clinic

We’ll also have a closed circuit to practice pace-line riding and group ride etiquette. Riders will learn how to safely signal, communicate, and ride together as a group.
After 60–90 minutes of skills work, we’ll head out on a 10-mile no-drop ride to put those pace-line skills into practice on the road.
Topics We’ll Cover

Finding the right tire pressure for your setup
-
Body position for cornering and descending
-
