Women's Cyclocross Skills Clinic — Northeast Ohio Cyclocross

    Sunday, August 30th | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Location: Cumberland Park, 1740 Cumberland Rd, Cleveland Hts, OH 44118

Whether you're brand new to 'cross or looking to sharpen your handling before race day, this clinic is your chance to build confidence on the bike in a fun, low-pressure setting. All levels are welcome — this is the most accessible discipline in cycling, and there's no better way to try it out or level up your skills.

We're building a mini-course covering every core cyclocross skill: mounts and dismounts, barriers, cornering, carries, cambers, and starts. You'll work through each skill station with course breakdown, bike handling tips, and hands-on coach feedback along the way.

This clinic will be held rain or shine — both are part of racing 'cross, so come dressed for the weather and ready to ride. We do have a pavilion to take breaks and keep gear dry!

Parking: Pool parking area next to the basketball courts. Our pavilion is behind the pool area.

    Cost: Free

Bikes: Any bike works — cyclocross, gravel, or mountain bike in good repair are all welcome. We will have Jerry Shere available to help with any mechanical issues that arise during the clinic
