Track East is a close-knit and inclusive running community that has been a fixture in the London running scene since 2012. Born as an offshoot of the esteemed Run Dem Crew, Track East has flourished into a vibrant community dedicated to making track running accessible to all. They host expertly crafted, structured sessions every Thursday evening at the Mile End Park Stadium. Their philosophy is built on a foundation of #CrewLove and #GoodVibesOnly, welcoming runners of all abilities with open arms and a willingness to learn.

Track Mafia is a legendary and influential running community that has been energizing the London running scene with its focus on speed, fun, and inclusivity. Originating from the respected Run Dem Crew community, the group was founded by Cory, Jules, and Jeggi. Their philosophy revolves around pursuing M.A.D.N.E.S.S. (Motivation Attributed to a Desire and Need to Explore Super Speeds) and follows a four-step process: Build. Develop. Survive. Own It! Their home base is the Paddington Recreation Ground track, where they host a popular, free, and open-to-all workout every Thursday evening.

Established in 1986, the club has a healthy membership of serious and not-so-serious triathletes. From super sprint races to Ironman, novice to international competitors, we aim to cater for all triathletes. We also like to try our hand at other events – cross country, fell racing, open water swimming, cycling endurance events, time trials, adventure races – if someone suggests it, we can muster a team to meet the challenge!
