Friendly running & multisports club, our members range from first timers to athletes who have competed at the IRONMAN World Championships. We offer coached swimming on Monday and Wednesday evenings, as well as coached (as well as uncoached) running sessions throughout the week and weekend. Cycling (varying in length and pace - mainly on weekends, occasionally on Wednesdays) is not coached. For more information please get
