T&C Track & Core emerged from lockdown friendships in 2021 when founder Mohson and mates started running in a local London park. What began as casual sessions evolved into something deeper, anchoring itself at the London Marathon Community Track next to the 2012 Olympic Stadium. Today, around 50 runners aged 20 to 50-plus gather every Thursday at 7:30 pm, from beginners to ultra runners, united by a philosophy of teamwork, respect, and radical inclusion. T&C Track & Core operates from the conviction that track running belongs to everyone. Sessions span short track efforts to long-distance prep, with every pace welcome. The vibe is honest and warm, serious about progress without taking itself too seriously.
