Founded by Ryan, the crew was born from the simple idea of adding post-run beers to a half-marathon training plan. What started as a joke among friends has evolved into a social network of over 100 runners. The crew is led by a powerhouse team of accomplished ultra-trail runners and athletes, including \Kat Drew\, \Cody Callon\, \Jesse Booi\, and \Michelle Ford\. Their mission is to build a supportive community and promote running in natural environments, bridging the gap between the city streets and the mountain trails.

The Ice Cream & Donut Run Club is a uniquely delicious and fast-growing running community based in Vancouver, Canada. Founded by Karen in 2018, the crew was born from a simple, fun idea: to gather a group of friends and explore the city's many ice creameries and donut shops on foot, and then enjoy the treats afterward. What started with eight runners has exploded into a massive community of hundreds. They host regular group runs with 5 K and 8 K options to welcome everyone, from Boston Marathoners to beginners, united by a love for running and delicious rewards.
