The 14th Annual Flag Day 5K Family Fun Run/Walk will be held June 13, 2026 at 7:00 AM at
St. Sylvester Catholic Church in Gulf Breeze, Florida. This CERTIFIED RACE is an out and back 5K Run/Walk/Baby Jogger/Wheelchair Race event through a Navarre residential neighborhood. The route is paved and will be clearly marked with signs. Traffic control will be provided by local law enforcement. This is a great race for the entire family. The course is fast and flat with minimum curves and no inclines.
Cooling Stations will be provided at the finish line. In addition the Knights of Columbus will be serving a Post Race Pancake Breakfast in the Parish Center.
The proceeds for this years event are to be divided between two charities: Heros on the Water and the Navarre Community Outreach. In our first 14 races, we have averaged over 300 participants from several different states. With your help over the last 14 years, the Columbiettes have raised approximately $150,000.00. Proceeds support women and children as well as our military men and women.
Packet pick up will begin on Friday, June 12, 2026 between 3:30 pm and 7:30 pm and at 6:30am to 7:00 am on race day.

The 2026 Firecracker 5K will be held in historic downtown Pensacola and benefits Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northwest Florida. The race starts and ends at Seville Quarter and invites both
runners and walkers to join the fun. Celebrate our Fourth of July themed race by wearing your red, white, and blue! Following the 5K is the Kids Fun Run. Pick up your finisher's medal and grab a drink to enjoy giveaways and more at our McDonald's After Party inside Seville Quarter!
Registration Deadline: Please note that regular registration ends on Thursday, July 2nd at 11:59pm and late registration pricing of $50 will be in effect from Friday, July 3rd at 12:00AM until the race start time on Saturday, July 4th.
Packet Pickup: Please pick up your race packet on Friday, July 3rd from 4:00-7:00pm at Apple Annie's within Seville Quarter (130 E Government St, Pensacola, FL 32502). Packet pickup is also available on race day from 6:00-6:45am within Seville Quarter.

after-party at the Tiki Bar is the best way to start your celebration.
Registrants will experience a professionally timed race and one of the best Post-Race Parties around, including beer, hot dogs, and watermelon! The Sneaky Tiki will be offering $3 Bloody Mary’s for Race Registrants to enjoy!

Available anywhere you can find a spot. There is ample parking on neighborhood streets off Via De Luna and in some parking lots. Please do not block driveways and respect businesses.

2026 Bushwacker 5K
Over the years, the running event that turns into a tropical beach party has helped organizers raise more than $100,000 for Big Brothers Big Sisters and more than $200,000 for
other charities. The race begins in Gulf Breeze at the National Seashore and finishes at the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk. Organizers RunPensacola.com, Running Wild and Cap’n Fun Runners say this year’s event will continue the Bushwacker 5k legacy. Come run in Paradise!
Start
This race starts at 7:30 am SHARP! On Gulf Breeze Parkway – a .9 mile warmup walk/run up the bike path from the Live Oak Village Shopping Center, 1143 Gulf Breeze Pkwy.
Finish
This race ends in the parking lot of the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk in front of Bamboo Willie’s

Buses
6:00-7:00 AM From the Flag Pole at Pensacola Beach Boardwalk (near finish) to start line on Gulf Breeze Parkway.
(Last bus leaves at 7:00 AM, if you are running late please drive directly to the Live Oak Shopping Center)
8:30-10 AM Buses will run from the Boardwalk back to Live Oak Village Shopping Center.

Party
Our post-race party at Bamboo Willie’s on the Boardwalk (steps away from the finish) will help you cool down with FREE popsicles, cold towels, and a Bushwacker in a souvenir cup. Enjoy live music and maybe enjoy a quick dip in the Sound.

The Coming Clean 5k is held yearly by West Florida Baptist Church. This event was created to help raise awareness for Coming Clean Recovery (CCR), a free, faith-based, addiction recovery program. CCR
uses the proven 12 step recovery method and the truths found in God's word to usher in a life of freedom from addictive behaviors and substances. 100% of the profits from the race go to support WFBC's Coming Clean Recovery Program.

This clinic is hosted by TriChix Multisport, an all female triathlon club devoted to spreading the multisport love!
We will teach athletes the fundamentals of triathlon and prepare them for the Sea
Turtle Triathlon. Athletes will rotate through a swim clinic, bike/transition clinic, run clinic and wellness clinic. All athletes must have a USAT Youth yearly membership ($10.00). If you already registered for the Sea Turtle Triathlon you are a current member and just need to enter the membership number when registering.
