PREMIUMS / SPECIAL FEATURES
Participants in the 5K Run/Walk will receive a race shirt (for the first 300 registrations) available in unisex sizes S, M, L, XL, and XXL. Register before April 30 to guarantee you receive an appropriate size.
Age-based 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place category awards for male and female participants. 10 and under, 11-17, 18- 29, 30-39, 40- 49, 50-59, 60 plus.
Kiddie Dash participants will receive medals.
All registered participants will receive an official race packet, sponsored goodies, snacks, and beverages.
Oneness Run promotes a healthy lifestyle, healthy food will be available after the race.

The 3rd Annual Booth Lake Memorial Swim will be held on June 6th, 2026. Start the summer off with an open water swim in the clear waters of Booth Lake! Whether you are tackling your first open-water
swim or aiming for a longer endurance challenge, this event provides a secure, well-supported environment for swimmers of all experience levels. Booth Lake is very well protected for the best swim conditions possible. Water temperatures are expected to be between 72-76 degrees. The swim includes options of a 0.6 mile, 1.2 miles and 5 kilometers (3.1 miles). Wetsuits and open water swim buoys are preferred and encouraged in all divisions.
Registration Includes: Swim cap, lightweight hoodie w/logo, awards for each distance (age groups and overall), lunch voucher and timed results.
Memorial Day Celebrations - Taking part of this meaningful memorial swim allows you to honor someone special. Each participant will complete their swim in remembrance of a loved one and receive a personalized dog tag engraved with that person's name. It's a powerful way to celebrate their life, carry their memory forward, and create a lasting tribute through strength, reflection and community.

Your fee includes: Lowest price possible
for each race, all the swag (timing, shirt, towels, food etc), and overall tri series medal at the end of Wauconda (must compete all 3 sprint races).
How does it work:
Register here and pay the allotted amount and you're in.
USAT registration is required at the time of registration. It would benefit you to pay for a full membership (or renew) now vs. a one day license that is only good for one race.
Each race will send you a personal note to compete their registration, waiver, shirt size, emergency contact etc..
The limit for the tri series is 50 participants.
Entry into the Series is for the SPRINT Triathlons for each location.
Participants who attempt to register for all three races separately WILL NOT be eligible for the Lake County Triathlon Series.
Sorry we don't give out refunds. You need to commit to all three races!!
Registration Deadline is June 5 or when the series fills at 50 people.
Cumulative time is tabulated from all three events, with top female and males earning Lake County Triathlon Series OVERALL winner at the end of the Wauconda Triathlon.
Lake County Triathlon Series participants will be eligible for age group awards at the Fox Lake, Lake Zurich, and Wauconda triathlon.

The 9th Annual USAT Sanctioned Fox Lake Sprint Triathlon
Picture yourself coming down the finish line at LakeFront Park after finishing your race. You'll have swum 750 yard triangle course in
Nippersink Lake triangle course - 2 inflatable duck turns and a swan finish. Then bike the 12 mile bike route with a few rollers and some straight shots to get up some speed. Then run 3.1 miles on an out and back course with over 2 miles on a paved bike path. Picture perfect!
Individual and relays welcome!
2026 SWAG - You choose from a Hat or Visor!
Parking within 2 blocks of transition. Finish line within steps of transition. Great spectator event in and around the course.
Typically wetsuit legal, always no draft bike, and flat and fast run. USAT official will be on the bike course.

Race Timing: ONLY THE 5K IS CHIP TIMED. The chip is located on the bib. To ensure the most accurate time the bibs must be worn front and center on your t-shirt.

GENERAL RACE GUIDELINES:
All race decisions of the Firecracker officials prevail on event day.
All Runners age 10 and under must be accompanied by a registered "Running Buddy."
Runners must wear their bib numbers on front of their bodies.
For your safety, headsets and ear buds are highly discouraged.
No bicycles, roller-skates/blades or skateboards. Baby strollers allowed in 5K and 1 Mile and must stay behind runners; please no dogs.
No unauthorized assistance or unsportsmanlike conduct. No foul, harsh, argumentative language or actions directed at officials, volunteers, spectators or fellow athletes.
Each participant should be checked by a physician prior to competing, as stated in waiver form.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES allowed in the park.
Participants are responsible for following the course and all directional signage & arrows provided to them, any deviation from the course disqualifies you from award categories.
RACE DAY WEATHER POLICY: While we realize that each participant has made a tremendous commitment, the primary goal of the Kenosha YMCA is to ensure a safe event. Therefore, YMCA staff will make decisions regarding race cancellation/modifications based on the safety of all that are involved, including the runners, volunteers, spectators and the community. Specifically, the Y reserves the right to cancel or to modify the race if deemed necessary to protect runners, volunteers, spectators and the community. These conditions will be recognized as unforeseeable acts. Since the staging of the race results in substantial up-front expenses regardless of whether or not the race is completed, cancellation or modification of the race will not result in the refunding of race entry fees or future race credits. However, should the race be canceled you will receive a donation acknowledgment from the Kenosha YMCA allowing you to claim your entry fee as a donation, to the full extent that the law
allows. SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS INCLUDE: Thunderstorms, Lightning, Extreme Heat & Humidity, High Winds, Heavy Rain, and/or poor air quality. Start at KNC entrance on Highway 67, 251 Elkhorn Road, across from Lions’ Fieldhouse, Williams Bay. The course will follow the grass trails in KNC through the hills, woods and prairie. There will be
a water stop on the course. The kids (10 and under) 1/4 mile walk/run will start at 8:00 AM - The 5K will start at 8:30AM.
Due to safety concerns, there will be no dogs allowed this year.
Parking will be available at the Lions’ Fieldhouse parking lot on Highway 67 across the street from the entrance. Restrooms are available at the Lions’ Fieldhouse, as well as a porta potty near the entrance.
On-line registration will remain open on race day as space allows, but must be completed from home before arriving on site. THERE WILL BE NO PAPER REGISTRATION ON THE DAY OF THE RUN.
AWARDS will be given for the 3 top finishers in each age category.
Bib Pickup begins at 7:30AM race morning.
