Thank you for supporting RAMP, a local non-profit organization that provides services and advocacy that assist individuals with disabilities to live as independently as possible.
RAMP Disability Resources & Services mission is to build an inclusive community that encourages individuals with disabilities to reach their full potential. RAMP takes a creative approach to find resources and opportunities available to team up with individuals with disabilities to access the community where we live, work and play. We have this knowledge because the majority of our staff and board of directors have disabilities. RAMP staff meets individuals with disabilities where they are at and together as a team we take them where they want to go. We advocate for the implementation of current laws, promotion of needed legislation and improvement of existing systems for people with disabilities while working to diminish negative attitudes that threaten to impede equal access. The Beyond Design Bike Tour (BDBT) is an annual fundraising and networking event organized by the Eppstein Uhen Tennessen Foundation. Its primary aim is to raise funds for local charities within our community while fostering connections among partners, clients and friends. Commencing 21 years ago, the event serves as a weekday bike ride through the picturesque landscapes of Wisconsin.
The Eppstein Uhen Tennessen Foundation was established by EUA in 2007, commemorating our 100-year anniversary. Its core mission revolves around enhancing the quality of life for individuals in the communities where we reside and operate.
Each year, the BDBT garners funds through sponsorships and contributions, which are then allocated to support the Foundation and various local charities across communities where EUA maintains offices. Over its history, the BDBT has successfully raised more than $1 million for charitable causes.
This year’s event will once again take place at Embers of Tuscany (formerly Chivaree), traversing the country roads of Ixonia and neighboring areas. Riders of all skill levels are encouraged to join in, with support and rest stops conveniently positioned along the route. Participants can choose from routes spanning 20, 37 and 70 miles, ensuring inclusive opportunities for all.
We are so excited to announce that Logan's Heart and Smiles has been chosen as the designated charity for the BDBT 2026 ride.
Logan’s Heart and Smiles is a Madison based non-profit organization dedicated to improving homes and inspiring hope for children with disabilities across Wisconsin. They work to eliminate both the physical and social barriers, by making accessibility and safety upgrades through the Home Modification program and providing inclusion, connection and community through the Beyond the Build program.
We encourage you to learn more about their impactful work by visiting their website.

First We Live Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt public charity that was founded in memory of Nicole Moniz. Nicole was a supporter and champion of mental health during her life, both personally and professionally, as a social worker and community volunteer; in the wake of her untimely death, the First We Live Foundation was created in recognition of the special person she was and the connections she made with so many; and as a result, the Nicole Moniz Memorial 5k has become an annual event in her honor to raise awareness and fund our mission to support and cultivate access to integrated mental health programs and services for those who encounter societal barriers in identifying and attending to their mental health needs, especially youth and those engaged in helping professions.
First We Live Foundation Core Belief: The primary thing we, as humans, all have in common is that first we live. From the moment we come into this world, the thing that unifies each of us — that defines our existence and our purpose — is that we’re living beings. Living, therefore, must never be taken for granted. First we live… so we can. We live so we can both help and be helped. We live so we can experience the incredible moments and persevere through the challenging ones. We live so we can endure the pain and relish the joys. Through this core belief, we give ourselves the chance to first just live. We live for others and for ourselves. The central truth is that, above all else… first we must live.
First We Live Foundation Mission: We support and cultivate access to integrated mental health programs and services for those who encounter societal barriers in identifying and attending to their mental health needs, especially youth and those engaged in helping professions.
Funds raised from this event will support First We Live Foundation, Inc.
