  Don’t miss this opportunity to build real-world cycling confidence just in time for race season. Join Olympic Track Cycling Silver Medalist and Cycling Industry innovator Brent Emery, and World Champion Triathlete and Physical Therapist Lauren Jensen McGinnis for a fun, hands-on clinic focused on the skills every cyclist and triathlete needs.

  You’ll practice:

  · Safe starting and stopping

  · Clipping in and out

  · Riding straight lines

  · Looking back without wobbling

  · Water bottle handling while riding

  · Cornering technique

  · Riding close to others and group awareness

  · And more practical confidence‑building drills

  Space is limited to 30 participants and this clinic is expected to fill quickly. Register now to secure your spot and start the season riding safer, smoother, and more confidently with Tri Faster.

  Minimum age - 12 (minors must have a parent/guardian sign a waiver, if riders is 12-14 the parent/guardian must also attend the clinic or stay onsite)

  Operation Finally Home provides homes and home modifications to wounded, ill, or injured veterans, first responders, and their families—our everyday Heroes who have sacrificed so much to protect our freedoms.

  Since 2005, Operation Finally Home has completed or planned 524 home projects in 39 states including eight Wisconsin families, seven in the greater Milwaukee area and one in Madison. Your support helps them continue their mission: giving Heroes the safe, loving home they deserve.

  Have you been dreaming of running the Boston Marathon? Need to shave a few minutes off your qualifying time? Or maybe you're just looking for the perfect course to set a new PR? Whether Boston is...

  Have you been dreaming of running the Boston Marathon? Need to shave a few minutes off your qualifying time? Or maybe you're just looking for the perfect course to set a new PR? Whether Boston is your goal or not, the Bound for Boston Marathon & Half Marathon is for you.

  We are racing around Menomonee Falls High School and the course features a 1-mile, super flat and super fast loop, making it ideal for consistent pacing and record-setting performances. The Full Marathon is USATF certified, making it a Boston Qualifier.

  This event is uniquely designed for serious runners. We will have water and an electrolyte drink at the aid table. Participants are welcome to bring their own personalized aid to place on the aid tables, allowing you to grab exactly what you need each time you pass. Many runners even bring a cheer crew to help hand out fuel and keep the motivation high throughout the race.

  To maintain the best possible experience, this is intentionally a small, focused event, capped at just 75 participants.

  We will have a great race shirt and finisher medals for all participants. Awards for both distances are in the usual 5-year age groups.

  Fast course, flexible support, and a chance to chase your goals—this is the race that lets you run your perfect day.
