Located on the grounds and woods of Riverside High School, the Second Annual Ultimate Ram OCR Challenge will push you to your limits through the 5 mile, 30+ obstacle course:

Join us for the inaugural running of the Columbia River Half Iron with a 1.2-mile swim in the Columbia River starting in knee deep water at the Vantage Boat launch, followed by a slightly hilly
56-mile bike out and back toward Ellensburg, and topping it off with a 13.1-mile jaunt down to the Wanapum Reservoir Dam. All registrants get a custom deluxe windbreaker. All finishers get that coveted Columbia River Half Iron Medal. There will be water, Gatorade, gel, first aid every 3 miles on the course. Certified lifeguards with AEDs in the water. Follow all directions of course official. Mandatory pre-race briefing live stream on June 11, 2026, 7 pm PST. Optional pre-race buffet/packet pick up at 4 pm on June 13, 2026, at the race site. You may rack bike starting at 6 am on Race Day June 14, 2026 - registration will be open. All participants must be USAT members (1-day membership is available). 911 in case of emergency. Race director for pick up (flat tire, sprained ankle) we will send swag

Event details and schedule
There are plenty of parking spaces at the Vantage Resort. All participants must wear ankle bracelets for the duration of the event and Bib on front torso for the duration of the run and bike. 10-minute penalty if it is not visible. All bike handles must be plugged. Wet suites will be allowed up to 85F water temperature and mandatory if 55F and below per USAT regulations. All participants are responsible to know the course. Course maps are posted on our webpage and there will be orange route arrows in the road, and elevated signs. Must have helmet and bike label to exit the secured coral area. No floatation devices are allowed in the water.

Experience the beauty and spirit of Kittitas County as you run through breathtaking natural landscapes and charming small towns along the historic Palouse to Cascades State Park Trail. This unique
course follows the former Milwaukee Road railroad corridor—offering runners an unforgettable journey through tunnels, bridges, and scenic backcountry terrain.
A Washington State Discovery Pass is required.
Teams of four (male, female, or co-ed) will each tackle a leg of the race, combining endurance, teamwork, and adventure in a celebration of outdoor fitness.
As noted in The Financial Times article, “The Rise of the Relay Marathon,” “Relays are the perfect Venn diagram of fitness trends: a mix of ultra-marathoning, trail running, and the great outdoors.” Come be part of this exciting trend—right here in the heart of Washington!
Important Rules & Safety Notes:
Zero Tolerance Policy: Absolutely no consumption of alcohol or drugs on the course. Any team found in violation will be immediately disqualified and banned from future events.
Vehicle Restrictions: No vehicles wider than 80 inches or longer than 20 feet are allowed. Motorhomes, buses, and limousines are strictly prohibited for all teams and support personnel. Feel free to decorate your support vehicle. However, please refrain from the use of foul or overly suggestive language for decorations. Have fun but please use good judgement and be respectful.
Obey State Laws & Volunteers: Each team member must obey all Washington State Laws and event volunteers. The Trail crosses 2 major highways.
No dogs or bicycles: Absolutely no dogs or bicycle are allowed on the Trail for this event.

The ride begins immediately along the beautiful Chiwawa Loop Road, where quiet farmland roads and early views of the Chiwawa River set the tone for the day. Soon riders turn up the spectacular Chiwawa River Road, following the rushing river deep into the Cascade foothills all the way to the end of the pavement. Towering forests, mountain views, and the constant presence of the river make this one of the most memorable stretches of the entire ride. Returning to the valley floor, the route then climbs into the peaceful White River valley, where a steady grade through dense forest offers riders a quiet and scenic passage into the mountains. From there the journey continues into the
beautiful Little Wenatchee River valley, where open meadows, flowing river views, and big Cascade backdrops provide another highlight of the ride. After these mountain valleys, the course reaches Lake Wenatchee, where riders enjoy the spectacular shoreline ride along the south shore before circling around to the north shore, with sweeping views across the lake and surrounding peaks. Refueling/Aid: There will be one amazing Refuel/Aid stop that you can hit either direction on your journey - at the Lake Wenatchee Fire Station. It has been strategially placed so you can hit it going either direction on either course. There will be delicious and healty goodies, water, Skratch Hydration, GU gels, basic first aid supplies and porta potties.

Open Course All courses travel on public roads and highways and no part of the course is closed to traffic. Riders are responsible to follow the rules of the road, including all traffic and safety protocols. Use good etiquette - ride single file, stay to the right as practicle, make turn and slow signals and give way to other cyclists, pedestrians, horses, deer, pine cones and squirrels. And remember many, if not most of the motorists you will encounter live and work here, so show them how much you appreciate the ability to cycle here with great manners, patience, smiles and waves.

100k Cycling Gravel Group Ride

moving through the world? The TedDriven Overland Ultra Relay (TOUR) brings back that old-school spirit with an epic three-day stage relay race through the stunning landscapes of North Central Washington.
Designed for teams of up to eight runners, the TOUR blends competitive racing with an adventurous, low-tech experience. No chip timing. No digital maps. Just you, your teammates, and a rugged course marked by singletrack trails, logging roads, and scenic pavement.
Each day, your team will tackle approximately 75 miles divided into 16 legs, navigating with printed maps and elevation guides. Whether you’re chasing a podium finish or just out for the experience, you’ll be part of something unforgettable—an event that is as much about community and adventure as it is about speed.
Why a Stage Race?
Unlike point-to-point relays with overnight runs and risky nighttime driving, the stage race format ensures safety, camaraderie, and the best routes possible. Each morning starts with all teams together, leading to shared moments at transitions and team gatherings each night—like the early days of ultra racing.

How to Register

• Medical Support: A certified medical professional (EMT or higher) will be on course daily, coordinating with regional hospitals if needed.
• Facilities: Portable toilets at designated areas. Teams must pack out all waste.

The Dye Hard 5K is an untimed nighttime running event that provides participants with an opportunity to have fun with friends and family while getting covered in fluorescent colored powder in the dark, under the glow of black lights. The Sunland Estates 5k Run/Walk is an excellent way to kick off the official Sunland Fourth of July activities! Clear the cobwebs with a stroll or jog or run around the neighborhood.
This year you
can sign up for several of the Sunland 4th of July weekend tournaments and races as well as pay cash in person day of event.
Race: Saturday, July 4th at 8:00 am
Packet Pick Up: Friday, July 3rd from 5pm to 6pm in front of the Sunland Office

Online registration will be open until July 1st at noon. A limited number of extra race shirts will be ordered and will be assigned in the order registrations are received for those registering after June15th (size not guaranteed).
In-person registrations are only available at Friday Packet Pick Up for $40 per person (cash or check only), and do not guarantee a race shirt.
No race-day registration is offered.

After a successful revitalization last year, the Runner Stumbles is back again! The 42nd Runner Stumbles will be held at Suncadia Resort based out of Nelson Farm. The 5K run/walk and 10K run will be
on paved pathways and single-track trails in a forested setting. There will be free kids races!
