The Mad Anthony Mud Run is a 3 mile course that traverses across fields and trails, over obstacles, and through tunnels. The course is fun and challenging, with over a dozen obstacles to test your determination. You can compete for bragging rights and awards while running individually or as a team. Some may say the best part is the afterparty with local craft brews, fire pits for warmth, a costume contest, and awards ceremony. Join us Saturday, February 28, 2026 and decide for yourself!

Join us for the uplifting 5k Walk & Run for Christ on Saturday, March 28, 2026, in the picturesque city of Waynesboro! Organized by the enthusiastic Monica Blair, this event invites participants of all skill levels—whether you're a seasoned runner or a first-timer—to come together for a meaningful day of fitness and fellowship. The scenic route will take you through a beautiful greenway, making it the perfect backdrop for a memorable experience with family and friends.

Not only will you have a fantastic time, but you'll also have the chance to win exciting prizes! The First Place Winner will receive a trophy, ribbon, and $50, while the Second and Third Place Winners will also be recognized with trophies and ribbons. With a registration fee of just $34.75 (plus a service fee and a T-shirt), this is an event you won't want to miss. Make sure to arrive at least one hour before the race for check-in. Lace up those running shoes and let's make some unforgettable memories together at the 5k Walk & Run for Christ!

All people with disabilities, strollers, etc... are welcome. We will have the Parks & Recreation staff available to assist for the two road crossings.

You can also run with the satisfaction of knowing that a portion of your race fee will be donated to our local Relay for Life chapter.

The Fall Foliage race has taken place in Waynesboro for over 40 years. The course takes you on a brisk fall run through the charming neighborhoods and a scenic riverside greenway path. Fall is a beautiful time in the Shenandoah Valley and the perfect time for this family friendly race. Your registration includes aid stations along the course, finish line refreshments, and a post-race awards ceremony. Each participant will also receive a custom finishers medal and a long sleeve race shirt.
