🍀Join us at Towne Lake Park as we kick off St. Patrick’s Day weekend with a sea of GREEN and a morning full of FUN! Dash to the finish line to claim your lucky finisher’s medal and enjoy a complimentary ice-cold green beer from Tupps Brewery! Festivities begin at 8:00 AM, and the race kicks off at 9:00 AM!

Please note that this is an untimed event due to venue constrictions. Race start time is subject to change and will be approximately 2.5 hours prior to the baseball game start time. Concessions and access to the stadium for registered participants will be open from the time of race start through the 7th inning.

🏃 Register today for the Trinity Falls Trail Day 5k! The scenic, paved race route will guide you around the beautiful master-planned community of Trinity Falls and along the 350-acre natural park with miles of winding, wooded river frontage where families explore and become one with nature.

☀️ National Trails Day is a nationwide event to encourage people to discover their local trails and celebrate spending time outdoors. What better way to celebrate than enjoying the beautiful trails in Trinity Falls?!

🏃 Registration for the Trinity Falls Trail Day 5k is $30 and includes entry into the chip-timed racecourse, an event t-shirt, a Trinity Falls Trail Day 5k bib, and an awesome finishers medal! The 5k start horn will blow at 9am! Attendees can arrive to the festivities at 8am!

TMF is proud to partner with GORUCK again with rucking divisions at every run. Rucking is a sport based on special forces training in which participants walk or run while carrying weighted rucksacks. We are gearing up for the 11th annual Running of the Bulldogs is at McKinney North High School!! The mile run will begin at 8:30am while the 5K will be at 9:00am. The race benefits the MNHS Cross Country/Track & Field teams. The course features beautiful rolling hills through Timber Creek neighborhood, starting on McKinney North HS campus and finishing the last 300m on the MNHS track!

Finisher ribbons for the mile participants! and 5K custom medals you DON'T want to miss!

Top male & female runners will each receive a pair of sunglasses from Sunglass Hut and a $150 gift card to Fleet Feet! Top finisher in each age group, each gender earns a trophy!

5K and 1M Fun Run on a Wilson Creek Trail, 2 water stop will be provided on the 5K course.

The Swag

Breakfast Pass - All American breakfast + beer or mimosa for those over 21 years of age (must be 21 bring I.D.)

NYDR t-shirt (they are awesome but runners who wait until the last minute to register may not receive the size they want or may not receive a t-shirt at all. T-shirts must be order ahead of time, and we cannot guess accurately who will register after we place the order and what size they might wish to receive)

Course Notes

The use of personal music devices during the race is strongly discouraged. To enjoy all that participating in a race has to offer and for the safety of all participants, race management encourages a headphone-free environment during the event.

Safety has always been, and will continue to be, a top priority. Please be mindful of the other participants and respect the race personnel to ensure a safe and enjoyable race for everyone.

Per USATF safety rules and insurance, no pets are allowed on the 5K and 10K course. Strollers are allowed to be safely integrated into the event.

Pets are welcome in the 1M fun event.

The minimum age to participate in the 5K is 6 and no minimum age for the 1 mile.

Race Day Management reserves the right to change any event course at any time due to safety, weather conditions, or other production concerns.
