Registering for a Community Program or Racing at the VPCC for 2026 can include the option of purchasing USA Cycling Membership + Race License. The Membership + Race license benefit is that riders can later compete in competitive events, receive secondary medical insurance, and have the option to purchase on-bike injury coverage with a $0 deductible. Here is the member benefits page: https://usacycling.org/benefits
If you would like to utilize these benefits for your session, please follow the following process to sign up.
*If you already have an active USA Cycling Membership +Race License, you can proceed to Step 2, register for your selected event date.
Step 1 — Obtain Your USA Cycling Membership + Race License Number
Proceed to the following web page to get started: https://usacycling.org/get-started-racing Scroll down to the bottom and click on join now to get started.
USA Cycling recently adjusted the membership price from $20 to $40. A discount code is available that reduces the membership fee back to $20, regardless of whether auto-renew is selected. This code works for both new and renewing members. That code is USAC-TW20X.
During checkout, riders must open the Discount box near the end of the process to apply the code.
The +Race License is free for juniors and free for first-time USA Cycling members for the first year.
New members receive a free one-year annual race license, but they must manually add the license to their USA Cycling account.
Returning members should review the current USA Cycling fee schedule: https://usacycling.org/schedule-of-fees
If you have a question or need a refund, you must contact USA Cycling Membership directly: https://usacyclinghelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=1900000822164
Step 2 — Register on BikeReg
Once each participant has a valid USA Cycling membership +Race license number, you can continue to or return to BikeReg.com to register for your VPCC program or racing category
The full competition schedule can be found here.
Please review the event eligibility guide here to ensure participation qualifications are met. Riders must have both an active USA Cycling Membership and the appropriate Race License add-on to compete.
For event updates and additional resources, refer to the USA Cycling Junior Track National Championships event page, as it will continue to be updated leading into the event.
Infield Pit Passes
Every rider's race number will grant access to the infield.
Infield pit passes for coaches and team staff are available for purchase on BikeReg at $40 for the entire event. Upon arrival at the venue, you will receive a wristband granting access to the infield. Please be aware that infield pass registrants will undergo screening against the SafeSport Disciplinary Database, and we strongly advise ensuring your SafeSport and MAAPP certifications are up to date.
Team Tent Space
To reserve space on the infield, please contact [email protected] with your group name and the number of riders you expect to have on-site.
Infield spots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. While we will do our best to accommodate specific requests, space is limited and cannot be guaranteed.
We are also working with local community members to borrow pop-up tents for traveling teams. For larger teams, we will have an overflow area outside of the facility where riders can warm up, rest, and gather between events, separate from your infield space. If your group may need overflow space, please indicate that in your email.
