• Pre-registration will be available on BikeReg and closes at Noon on race day.

• Entry fee is $25 for adult categories and $15 for juniors.

• Day-of registration is open from 5:30PM - 6:30PM for an additional $5.

• Warm-up concludes at 6:50PM and racing begins no later than 7PM.

• In the event of inclement weather, racing may be delayed or canceled. Notifications will be made on our social channels.

*Junior U18s racing in adult categories - use code JUNIOR10 to reduce your race registration fee from $25 to $15. Misuse of this code will result in termination of your registration, with no refund.

**There will be a $20 cash deposit for Madison bib numbers at registration. The deposit will be put in an envelope with your name on it and be available to be picked up at the end of racing upon return of the Madison bibs. Thanks for your understanding. We are trying to ensure that we have enough bibs for the remaining Madison races this year.

*If you are a Category 4 rider requesting to compete in the Pro/1/2/3 field, please submit your request through the “Contact Us” section on the event page. All requests will be reviewed. Requests submitted on the day of the race will be considered on a best-effort basis.

**Approved junior U18 riders racing in the pro/am men and women's fields can use the code JUNIORFRIDAY50 for 50% off the $40 registration fee. Improper use of this code will result in termination of registration, with no refund.

The Lehigh Valley Cycling Club Donut Derby is back for 2026!

Labor Day, September 7th, 2026

The Donut Derby is a fun 36 mile race with a twist: Get a 3 minute time credit for each donut eaten at stops positioned at mile markers 12 and 24. Donut-adjusted time determines the winner in several age categories.

A complementary lunch for DD racers and an awards ceremony follow the ride.

Each person completing the course will be entered in a drawing to win a variety of prizes. Want to improve your chances? We’re offering virtual donuts for $1.00 each. Every Virtual Donut purchased will give you an additional chance in the drawing . You must be present at the drawing after the race to win a prize.

Valley Preferred Cycling Center (the T-Town Velodrome)

Registration:

• $50 per adult rider; $25 for riders 11-19; Tandems $40 per tandem rider.

• Registration closes September 4th at 5 pm or when 350 are registered.

• There is no day-of-event registration. You will not be able to ride if you have not pre-registered.

• Check-in opens at 7:30 am on September 7th

• To prevent congestion at the start, the start time will be 9:00 am to 9:15 am. Don't worry the timing chips will track your overall race time.

Download the 2026 Donut Derby Route for your GPS device. The route will not be marked but rider cue sheets will be available.

When registering for the DD, you’ll be given an opportunity to donate to Community Bike Works. CBW teaches life lessons through bicycles by offering high-quality mentoring programs that use bicycles and books to connect youth with adult and peer mentors who can teach skills that help them succeed.

The Munchkin Mile:

After the Donut Derby your children, age 10 and under, will be able to participate in the Munchkin Mile. Children will be registered during lunch at the track entrance. There is no cost for participation in the Munchkin Mile. The event is limited to children of DD riders, LVCC members and volunteers. Your ‘munchkins’ will be given the opportunity to ride 5 laps on the Valley Preferred Cycling Center T-Town Velodrome, home of world-class bicycle racing. For those who have not mastered two-wheelers, training wheels, strider bikes and trikes are allowed. Munchkins (the food) will be offered to keep your kids refueled. Medals will be awarded at the completion of the event.
