From big races to Saturday morning group runs—find sprint events and connect with the local endurance sports community.
The HYROX Sprint is a fast paced simulation of a Hyrox race, with only 1/4 the distance and reps. It's designed offer HYROX athletes an opportunity to test speed and strength using the HYROX race set up. The HYROX Sprint consists of 250m runs interspersed with 1/4 the distance or reps of the standard Hyrox workout stations.
This event is for HYROX Singles only: Men, Women, PRO. No Doubles or Relays available.
Runs: 250m runs instead of the full 1000m in a standard HYROX.
Stations: The workout includes the standard HYROX stations, but with 1/4 the distance or reps:
Ski Erg: 250m
Sled Push: 12.5m (at race weight)
Sled Pull: 12.5m (at race weight)
Burpee Broad Jumps: 20m
Row: 250m
Farmers Carry: 25m (at race weight)
Sandbag Lunges: 25m (at race weight)
Wall Balls: 25 (at race weight)
Race Day Details
Race is a wave start, with athletes starting every 5 minutes.
Start Times will be emailed individually on Thursday the week before the event.
Family and Friends are welcome to come and support free of charge.
Join the Coffman YMCA and Milano’s as they host the Coffman YMCA Sprint Triathlon with a portion of the proceeds going to benefit Annual Campaign. This race is great for the novice but also challenging enough for the more seasoned triathlete. The triathlon will begin and end at the Coffman Y.
Course Description
Start with a 300 yd swim that will take place in the pool. It will be a serpentine swim. Swimmers will enter pool with chip timer on ankle. Transition will be through the back of pool area to the back of the Y where the Bike Racks will be located.
Bike is an out and back loop through Settler's Walk neighborhood and on Lytle Five Points to the turn-around at Lytle Five Elementary School. The bike course is two loops.
Finish with an out-and-back 3.1-mile run through out Settler’s Walk. The route is smooth and will have volunteers along the route to direct participants. There will be 1 aid station near the 1- and 2-mile marks.
Registration
Pre-Registration is $60 by May 1, 2025 and $70 thereafter. T-shirts are
guaranteed for those registered on or before May 1. Youth (under 17) is
$40 before May 1 and $50 after. YOU CAN REGISTER ONLY AT

WILL BE TAKEN AT THE YMCA. Packet Pickup: Sunday starting at 5:30 AM.
Awards
Timing and results provided by Speedy-Feet. Award Medal for everyone
who participates and crosses the finish line. Overall male and female. Age
Group-Awards for Overall male and female in age groups! 19-under,
20-29, 30-39,40-49,50-59 and 60+. All results and pictures will be
posted at www.speedy-feet.com.
