Our See Me 5K Run, Walk, and Roll is more than an event—it’s a message.
See my strengths. See my full humanity. See me, not just my challenges or diagnosis.
Join us on Saturday, September 19 at Hopkinton State Park to challenge stigma, promote well-being, and spread the message that people experiencing mental health and other life challenges are valued, whole, and vital members of our communities. Proceeds from this event benefit The Michael Jones Memorial Fund at Advocates.

he Bike Hub is proud to announce our Sunday Epic ride series! These are all-day rides featuring some of the best mixed-terrain riding the tri-state area has to offer. Forgotten woods roads, fast gravel, rugged singletrack, and even a bit of hike-a-bike. These rides will be long, difficult, and absolutely beautiful. While there is no perfect bike for a Sunday Epic, anything with around a 2 inch tire will work. More details on terrain will be included in each event post. Sunday Epic's will be held the third Sunday of every month from April-September. Start location may vary, but will usually end will some sort of food and drink situation.
Last Epic of the season! Starts and ends at my place over on Chapel Road. Plenty of parking, food drink and bonfire after. This ride is a big one! Taking the back way to Kelley Stand up and over the spine of Glastenbury, then onto the relatively smooth but overgrown IP road. From there the route descends into swampy madness for a few miles before spitting us out at Prospect Rock alongside the Long Trail. From there we drop into Manchester and follow a mix of pavement, gravel, and woods roads back home. Gravel bike with 2 inch or wider tires recommended, or a hardtail mtb.
A few notes on the nitty-gritty of these rides.
Sunday Epic's are fully self supported. Bring everything you need to successfully finish the route. We expect you to carry basics like spare tube, pump, multi-tool, patch kit, food and water, etc. Although we occasionally stop at a convenience store, there are many times where the ride is too remote for that to be an option.
We generally try to ride together, but you are welcome to do your own thing as long as you have the route. Group pace usually hovers somewhere around the 10mph average mark, but may be slower depending on terrain/climbing.
Expect this to take a good chunk of the day. Occasional stops for snacks etc. We move pretty continuously, but also aren't in a rush.
Post-ride party at my place. Food, drink, fire, and merriment.

Note that we don't charge anything for these rides, but we do welcome donations! We are a community-based 501c3 nonprofit focused on removing barriers to cycling for all within the tri-state area. We provide education, free access to bikes and cycling accessories, and provide a place for people of all ages and abilities to connect through cycling. About
The Littleton Road Race event includes a 5-kilometer race (walkers welcome) and a 1-mile fun run (all ages welcome). Both races begin and end at Fay Park, 20 Foster Street, in Littleton, Massachusetts. The fun run begins at 2pm, with the 5k beginning at 2:30pm.
This race is a fundraiser for the Littleton Road Race & Track Organization. In 2008, we began work to promote the building of a new track and field facility in Littleton, and this facility opened in March of 2013. Proceeds from the Road Race will be used to maintain and enhance the Littleton track and field facility, as well as promote the sport of track & field in Littleton. Past projects funded by the road race include new landscaping at the entry to the track, the addition of a pole vault box and pit, a school track records board at the high school and summer track and field programs to introduce new runners to the track.
Your participation as a runner, sponsor or volunteer will help us continue this work in the community.
