The Skiesta is a youth and adult Nordic ski event hosted by Seeley Lake Elementary and the Seeley Lake Youth Ski Program. We offer both classic and skate races in 3K, 5K, 10K, and 20K distances, and a 1K for kids 6 and under. There will be age group awards for each race for both male and female racers. All proceeds from this event support the SLE Youth Ski Program.
Online registration only - pick up race bibs at the Yurt at the Seeley Creek Ski Trails as early as 8:00 am on Saturday, [DEL: January 24, :DEL] FEBRUARY 14 (race day). Registration will close 30 minutes before each race.

We will have free chili, hot chocolate, coffee, and cookies for all racers. Spectators are encouraged to make a $5 per person donation for food.
Join us at the Seeley Creek Trails for a 1K, 5K and 10K Fun Run. 10K trail run starts at 8am followed by the 5K and 1K. Following the race will be a free pancake breakfast for participants (donation for spectators), an awards ceremony and prize drawings for run participants. Please join us for this fun family event! Strollers and leashed dogs welcome!

The race kicks off at the scenic Seeley Creek Ski Trails in Seeley Lake, MT. You’ll run through beautiful ski trails, rugged singletrack, and along Forest Service roads, all while immersed in the raw beauty of the rugged Bob Marshall Wilderness area. No pavement!
