The 21st Annual Karen 4 a Kause offers fun for all ages with a 5K, 1 mile walk/run and a Children's Mad Dash for Kids 10 and under. This years event is on Saturday, May 9th in beautiful Frontier Park in St. Charles, Missouri. All participants in the 5K are timed and are eligible for age group awards. All registered 5K and 1 mile entrants receive a customized event t-shirt and a chance to win attendance prizes.
All funds raised support the Karen Weidinger Foundation who's Mission is to Empower Women with Knowledge & Support to Win the Fight Against Breast Cancer and all funds stay in St. Charles County.

Welcome to the the Rockin' Riverfest 5k,10k Half Marathon and Fun Run!
The Rockin' Riverfest is a fun, flat, fast, family friendly event taking place on Saturday Morning July 4th.
Starting at 8:00 am. Race/Run/Jog or Walk starting on the Katy trail through the Shady single track trails right beside the beautiful Missouri river. Pass the water/aid station at mile 1.5 (also mile 4 and 5 for the 10K and double that for the Half)
For registering, you not only get an awesome Race/Run/Walk through the historic district and all the action of Riverfest on the Riverfront, you get a custom finishers Rockin' Riverfest T shirt, (Shirts guaranteed to those that register by June 15) Racers Village Colas, Sports drink, Race Snacks, Professional race Timing, Instant Results, Timed Splits, Custom Bib Number, and ALL 5k, 10k and Half Marathon participants also recieve a FINISHERS MEDAL! The race also includes Free downloadable finish line pics and video. Whew! Awards Ceremony on Podiums. Water/Sports drink and pickle juice and Ice at aid stations and Racers Village. 10k and 13.1 see an additional aid stations. Music rocking at racer village!

Packet pick up Thursday, July 2 at Bike Stop Cafe 3-6pm and race morning in Racers Village 6:30-7:30 am.
