The 21st Annual Karen 4 a Kause offers fun for all ages with a 5K, 1 mile walk/run and a Children's Mad Dash for Kids 10 and under. This years event is on Saturday, May 9th in beautiful Frontier Park in St. Charles, Missouri. All participants in the 5K are timed and are eligible for age group awards. All registered 5K and 1 mile entrants receive a customized event t-shirt and a chance to win attendance prizes.

All funds raised support the Karen Weidinger Foundation who's Mission is to Empower Women with Knowledge & Support to Win the Fight Against Breast Cancer and all funds stay in St. Charles County.

    All proceeds from the Brain Bolt 5k will directly benefit the Dura Mater Clubhouse, helping to provide a nurturing and welcoming space for our members to thrive. The Clubhouse's mission is to continue to progress toward independence, achieve personal growth, hone skills for work readiness and actively participate in their community.

    You may pick up your packet at Big River Running Company - 13969 Manchester Road, 63011, on FRIDAY April 10th from 2:00pm - 6:00pm. Race Day packet pick up will be available about an hour before the event.

    Black women are 3–4 times more likely to die during childbirth. This fundraising event raises awareness and drives action to improve care for mothers and babies. Enjoy these flat and fast routes starting on the Katy Trail near Bike Stop Cafe and the Katy Depot. All the routes go through Frontier Park then north on the soft path. Beautiful river views!
