Pedal the Cause, presented by Edward Jones, is thrilled to return September 19-20, 2026, for its seventeenth year of raising critical funds for cancer research with an exciting NEW VENUE at the Family Arena in St. Charles, Mo.

Whether you sign up to ride, spin, participate virtually, or volunteer, you'll be making a difference in the fight against cancer. As always, 100% of funds raised from Pedal the Cause support cancer research at Siteman Cancer Center and Siteman Kids at St. Louis Children’s Hospital. To date, Pedal the Cause has donated over $56 million for cancer research.

A flat and fast 5K/10K on the Katy Trail and a chance to support families who have lost a child through miscarriage, stillbirth, or in the first few months of life.

This is a great race to start the year. Great weather and a great course start the year with a fast time.

The 7th Annual Run for Share 5K and 10K will be on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at 9:00am. Immediately following the 5K and 10K, there will be a 100 meter kids dash, so bring the family!

Packet pick-up will be on Friday, February 27th from 12:00 to 6:00pm at Fleet Feet St Charles (3813 Mexico Road).

Race Day pick-up on 2/28/2026 from 7:30am to 8:45am in Frontier Park.

Finisher medals will be awarded to all participants, and awards to the top 3 male and female overall finishers, as well as top 3 male and females in the following age groups:

19 & under, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, 70 & Over.

A virtual option is also available for those unable to make it in person.

The 21st Annual Karen 4 a Kause offers fun for all ages with a 5K, 1 mile walk/run and a Children's Mad Dash for Kids 10 and under. This years event is on Saturday, May 9th in beautiful Frontier Park in St. Charles, Missouri. All participants in the 5K are timed and are eligible for age group awards. All registered 5K and 1 mile entrants receive a customized event t-shirt and a chance to win attendance prizes.

All funds raised support the Karen Weidinger Foundation who's Mission is to Empower Women with Knowledge & Support to Win the Fight Against Breast Cancer and all funds stay in St. Charles County.
