Join us for the 16th annual Women In Business Cabin Fever Scholarship Dash! This year we will again offer a 5k (3.1 miles) event along with a 10k (6.2 miles) event. Your participation supports the Vicki Decker Scholarship Fund, helping individuals pursue further education, and assists with general operating expenses that allow our organization to continue its work throughout the community.
All paid 10k and 5k participants that register on or before January 18th will receive a long-sleeved shirt.
Age discount for all participants 19 and under! 5k - $20 and 10k - $30

February 4th - Online registration closes. No shirt guaranteed for registrations done January 19th - February 7th.

Event Details
PRE AND POST-RACE GATHERING LOCATION - WINONA FAMILY YMCA CLARA BARTON ROOM
The course starts/ends on the bike path across from the Winona Family YMCA. It will be an out and back course on the bike path on East Lake Winona, flat and fast.
10k and 5k awards will be given to 1st and 2nd place in each age division and overall winners. Age divisions include: 19 and under, 20-29,30-39,40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
All 10k and 5k participants will receive a long-sleeved t-shirt (with paid pre-registration on or before January 18th).
Online registration closes Wednesday, February 4th. No shirt is guaranteed for any registrations done from January 19th - Feb 7th.

The Donut Dash 4K run/walk and Mini Donut kids run will be held Saturday, May 9, 2026. Event proceeds support the Foundation for Winona Area Public Schools and its Forging a Future fundraising campaign, benefitting the Industrial Technology Program at WAPS.
The timed 4K (2.5-mile) course is mostly on grass around the scenic property at Winona Senior High School. Age groups are 13 & under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, & 70+ for both men and women. Top 3 in each age group earn a medal. Special awards for the overall male and female. All participants are guaranteed a race t-shirt if registered by Friday, April 24, with a 4K cost of $25. Early registration is encouraged, because the 4K price increases to $30 on April 25!
The untimed 1K Mini Donut run is FREE for all kids in 4th grade and under. Registration is required. All Mini Donut finishers receive a race medal!
Friday, May 8: Early packet pick-up from 4:00-7:00 p.m. in the Winona Senior High School concourse.
Saturday, May 9: Packet pick-up and registration between 7:00-7:30 a.m. The 4K begins at 8:00. Mini Donut 9:00. Awards 9:15.

This 5K race is a long-standing fundraiser that brings out lots of folks from the Winona community and beyond to support our mission at Bluffview Montessori School. Join us for a morning of fun and running with prizes, treats, and awards included!
Event details and schedule
The race starts at 8:00AM with the course beginning at Bluffview Montessori. The track goes around the small lake of Winona and back to Bluffview for the finish line. Please arrive early to get all necessary race materials. Waivers also need to be signed for all participants. And don't forget to bring layers in case of rain, cold and/or wind!

Experience one of the Midwest's most scenic race courses. Swim beneath the Sugar Loaf peak in Lake Winona, then head out for some country cycling, finishing with a flat, fast run along beautiful Lake Winona and ending at the historic Lake Park bandshell.
In addition to the Olympic and Sprint triathlons, we offer two Olympic and Sprint Aquabike events and a Duathlon.

Age Restrictions

Participants must reach the age of 18 by 12/31/2026 to participate in the Olympic Triathlon and Olympic Aquabike Distances.

Participants must reach the age of 13 by 12/31/2026 to participate in the Sprint Triathlon, Duathlon, and Aquabike Sprint Distances.
NO DOGS ALLOWED AT TRINONA
Winona City Ordinance 36.03 prohibits dogs on the east half of Lake Park. Since this is where Trinona takes place, we ask that you please leave your pets at home.

Join us for the Starlight Stroll this November 6th at Lake Park Lodge beginning at 6:05 PM. As the only regional twilight 5K, this event brings together serious runners, casual walkers, families with strollers, and participants of all abilities for a one of a kind evening experience.
Choose between a 5K or one mile route and enjoy the fun atmosphere filled with glow gear, bright lights, and plenty of community spirit. Some participants race for a personal best while others come dressed in glowing colors just to have fun with friends and family.
The Starlight Stroll is designed to be welcoming and inclusive for everyone, including individuals with disabilities. Whether you are coming to compete, connect, or simply enjoy a memorable night out for a good cause, there is a place for you at the starting line.
