Come on out and join Bold Coast Runners at the Pembroke fire station for the Firefighter 5k - A prediction run. Pace yourself, hangout with running friends, run a 5k and attend the Annual General Meeting for BCR! The Firestation will be open for warmth, food and gathering pre and post run. Homemade Sourdough Bagels by Milk and Honey Bakery

A 5K course with rolling hills, a lung burner and beautiful views of Cobscook Bay and the Pennamaquan River in Pembroke!

EVENT with a twist - Predict your 5K time.

Graciously accepting donations for the Pembroke Volunteer Fire Department. We suggest a $15 donation.

How it works:

1. Predict your 5K time during the registration process. Register online by Sunday March 8, 8am.

2. Run the 5k course as close to your predicted time as possible. Sure you can have a watch/phone but keep it in your pocket or covered up and stay honest, by not looking at your device until you finish!

3. Closest person to their predicted time, not necessarily first one to cross the finish line - wins $100 running warehouse gift certificate!

IMPORTANT - Run your pace or with a friend, it's about the personal challenge of pacing yourself, not a race against others. 😃

When - Sunday March 7, 9am start.

Check-in opens 8:30am. You'll receive a bib number, just like a regular race.

Celebrating 34 years of running and walking on the shores of Cobscook Bay in support of Down East Hospice Volunteers, organized by Bold Coast Runners. Please come on Sunday June 8, 2025 to WALK or RUN a 5k, 10k, or FREE KIDS FUN RUN and enjoy the picnic afterwards at Reversing Falls in celebration of all your hard work! The 10k Course is USATF certified (ME17004JK).

Three ways to participate in 2026

1 - In-person SUNDAY, June 7 - Run or Walk from the Triangle to Reversing Falls. Specific race day instructions will be sent June 1st via email.

Online registration will Open at 7am January 1st, 2026.

Online registration will Close at 5pm on Saturday June 6, 2026.

2 - Run on Your Own (ROYO) - Run/walk the Course Between Saturday May 29 and June 7 - submit a time and picture of your run/walk via email or on runsignup.com/cobscookraces

3 - Virtually - Run/walk in support of Cobscook Bay races wherever safe and convenient for you. submit a time and picture of your run/walk via email or on runsignup.com/cobscookraces

Packet pickup and Registration will take place at Pembroke Triangle on Sunday June 7 from 7:30am to 8:45am.

Race Day Timeline:

• 7:30am – 8:45am - Registration/Packet pick-up – Do not arrive later than 8:45am - Directions here

• 8:30am - Kids Fun Run at the Start Flags

• 9:00am - 5k/10k Start

• Top 1st Age Groups (Male and Female) if under 150 participants; greater than 150 participants will open top 3 in Age groups

• 1st Male, Female and Non-Binary Walkers

• 1st Pembroke Resident
