    Escape for a weekend training camp and retreat in the charming and historic Maryland towns of St. Michaels and Tilghman Island. Check in is from 3-5pm on May 15th at the beautiful Knapp Narrows Inn that overlooks the marina and Chesapeake Bay. The experience ends on the afternoon of the 17th. This adventure is suitable for adult multisport athletes of ALL levels, beginner to elite!

    This retreat is limited in space. Adults only. Early registration is required.

    50% of your registration is non-refundable up until March 31st.

    75% is non-refundable starting April 1st.

    100% is non-refundable starting May 1st.

    Dinner is on your own in any lovely St. Michaels restaurant on Saturday the 16th. Reservations recommended.

    Lodging Details:

    Rooms have either 1 queen bed or 2 doubles and are limited. Additional participating athlete in your room (i.e. spouse or significant other in one queen bed, or two friends each in a double bed) is discounted. Each person must register. Know who you will plan to share the room with prior to registering with the discount. Each person can use the codes below to get the discount:

    One of the flattest courses you’ll ever run and a great race to strive for a personal record (PR)! The Healthy Tilghman 5K or 1 Mile Run/Walk is a chip timed event held on scenic Tilghman Island surrounded by beautiful water views. The race is an out and back course that starts and finishes at the Black Walnut Point Park at 4787 Black Walnut Point Rd, here the 5K course heads out along the breakwater into the surrounding farmland, past a historic church and then back to the park. While the 1mile course route follows along a quiet scenic shoreline.

    Proceeds from the event support Healthy Tilghman, a non-profit that provides health-oriented programs, including counseling and substance abuse services, for the Bay Hundred region.

    RACE INFO

    • Check in and day of registration starts at 8:00 am and the 5K begins at 9:00 a.m., followed immediately by the 1 mile walk.

    • The 5K will be chipped timed by TCR Event Management and results will be posted immediately after the race.

    • Please register early! To guarantee your race tee shirt, participants must register on or before May 18th. After May 18th race shirts will only be available while supplies last.

    • Awards will be given in the 5K to Overall Male and Female finishers and to the Overall Masters Male and Female.

    • Age group awards will be given in the 5k to the 1st through 3rd place winners as follows:

    Ages: 10 and under; 11-20; 21-30; 31-40; 41-50; 51-60; 61-70; 71-80; 81 and over.

    PACKET PICKUP STARTS AT 6:30 PM AT HOG NECK GOLF COURSE

    OPENING CEREMONY STARTS AT 7:30 PM

    RUN STARTS AT 8:00 PM

    A new twist on an old favorite, this TWILIGHT run will be held at the Hog Neck Golf Course on Saturday, August 22nd. The race will start around sunset (7:30 pm) to ensure that everyone has the full experience. Your course will be lighted by a full moon and by lights on the course. The 5k course will take you from the clubhouse, to the main entrance to the course and on to the cart path to complete your 3.1 mile journey.

    THE SUNSET STROLL we are offering walkers a chance to take a short (approximately 1.5 mile), non-competitive walk on the course as the sun sets. This is an opportunity to walk in support of someone with pancreatic cancer or in memory of someone who died from this terrible disease.

    All participants (runners and walkers) will receive a race t-shirt, race bib with timing chip and a PURPLE glow stick in remembrance of those who have suffered from the effects of Pancreatic Cancer. We encourage everyone to come out in their best purple garb, to stay with this theme.

    This race benefits the Mid-Shore Pancreatic Cancer Foundation, Inc. The mission of the Mid-Shore Pancreatic Cancer Foundation is to provide hope and support for people fighting pancreatic cancer in our community.
