We are hosting a hike at the McKeldin Area Switchback Trail in Patapsco Valley Park.
This hike is for Chris to raise funds and awareness for the Michael J. Fox Foundation and the Prostate Cancer Foundation.
We are happy to provide any further information that you may need. We’re really excited about this! It will be a great time for everybody to get together.
We hope to see you there! If you’d rather not do the hike, but would still like to come out, that would be wonderful! We are asking for a minimum donation of $20.00 to either Foundation using the links below. Please only use the links below to Chris's fundraising page for donations!

RIVAL is a high-intensity, solo performance-based fitness competition designed to push competitors to their limits. Participants will rotate through three powerful disciplines: Ski Erg, Echo Bike and Row Erg (with a 2 min transition between stations). The mission is to cover the greatest total distance across all three machines, where every meter and every second counts. Whether you're competing against others or challenging yourself, RIVAL is the ultimate 60-minute test of strength, stamina, and willpower.
Participants will recieve and email on the Thursday before the event that contains your assigned start wave/time along with all info about the event. Waves will start every 22 minutes. Each participant is assigned one lane for the duration of their event. Each lane will consist of three machines in order of Ski Erg, Echo Bike and Row Erg. The competition comprises of a 60 minute total workout period. Participants will complete 20 minutes on each machine in the following order with a 2 minute transition time between machines.

Welcome to the 22nd Annual Matzohball 5k! We continue to offer both the 5k event and the 1-mile fun run/walk. This year's run will be held at the beautiful Howard County Western Regional Park.

Join us Sunday, September 27th for the annual Charm City Run 20-Miler on the Torrey C. Brown (NCR) Trail. The NCR Trail is a hardpacked, dirt/gravel surface and part of the “Rails to Trail” program. This race is scheduled as a supported training run to prepare for a fall marathon, or for those just looking to get a long run in!
